Clean rooms, good food, clean property, comfortable stay

My checkout time was 11 A.M. I went out for some work at 9 30 A.M and my keys were still with me. I came back at 10:15 A.M and realized that housekeeping had already cleaned the room. I had an official call to make and still needed to use my room until my checkout time. I advised the staff about it and she said she has already cleaned the room and I shouldnt be using it. It was still 45 minutes to my checkout time, I had my keys with me, I didnt checkout and the staff was rudely holding me accountable for it. My only suggestion is not to clean the rooms prior to checkout time or until the guest has checked out

Only issue I had was It did not have an elevator. I had a baby and having to climb stairs with baby and stroller seemed tough?? Also staff was oblivious of me carrying a baby and gave us a room on 2nd floor? Could be an honest mistake and I would not hold it against them as the model was superb. Just maybe they need to watch for disabled people or people with babies and take that into consideration before giving a room on top floor otherwise fantastic place.

Easy access from the 403 between Guelph and Walker Line exits.A compound with Jack Astors and the Keg almost just beside.

The breakfast items are too monotone if you stay multiple days.Often places vary a bit daily between scrambled eggs,omelette etc.Here,scrambled eggs and sausages virtually daily.

The property was easy to find, next to highway but so quiet at night. The room was so cleaned. Staff was nice, we checked in very late like 11:30 pm. Someone was there to check us in. Parking was free and convenience. Free breakfast on weekend.

Nothing so far, I probably stay there again if ever pass by Burlington.

Everything was well taken care of and most staff were very friendly. The full breakfast was very good and a good way to start out, not having to go searching for a breakfast spot. The freedom to hang out in the dining room and lobby beside that lovely huge Christmas tree was very special. Thank you so much

only one sevices lady works , she did good job . I thought need more sevice beasue of that fully book , We spend more time take our breackfast. thank you

Room clean much better , I saw if pleace did not clean months and months , close to front desk and coridor and starcase . if have it swinpool . thank you

Excellent location, very clean, updated, friendly staff, affordable, the breakfast was quite decent for the price you’re pay for your stay.

Rooms are a wee bit small but they’re manageable, the beds we had were doubles (wish queens were an option), pillows were too soft but if that’s your thing, you’ll love them!

The room is very neat and tidy. There was a night light in the bathroom which was perfect he didn't have to blind yourself going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also the shower had very good pressure so it was easy and quick to wash. Was within walking distance of a great bar and restaurant.

There were no USB ports anywhere in the room to charge your cell phone I feel like in this day and age that should be a must. Also the cooling and heating unit worked well but there wasn't a low enough setting for the fan it was pretty aggressive even on the low setting.

The location was very handy to the 401, the room was very well set up and the beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the full breakfast and the very friendly staff that prepared it and cleaned up after each person when they finished their meal.

The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The fridge and microwave were great to have. The breakfast was exceptional with great variety of breakfast foods including hot foods like scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, hash browns.
