- Parking was below the building and had access directly to hotel via elevator, however it was operated by third parties. - Walking distance to downtown core and parliament hill - Breakfast was good the bonus goes to the tea leaf they placed with empty tea back you could have a real tea not the fake one which is just color and flavor

- Hot tube was out of service and it was empty was not safe for family with children - Property charged us twice, Booking.com deducted and reception asked us to pay, I told them I already set to pay but they insist to pay. i am still waiting for dispute resolution

the room and the facilities are very good and i felt comfortable staying there. i choose the hotel because of the location for my necessity. location is ideal for me. the room service was good and fast.

parking could have been better. very limited space and expensive for guests. and finding a spot was difficult. Room facilities could be better. hotel does not serve TEA drinkers and only coffee was served. not all guests drink coffee. there was no ice available in the machine when i tried.

the room was super clean and very comfy. the location is perfect, you are truly right next to everything you need. the staff at the hotel are super friendly and very polite and helpful. will defiantly keep coming back to this beautiful hotel each time i come back to visit Ottawa.

The only thing i could wish for that was a little better for the price would be the breakfast. The choices are a little limited and the freshness could have been better. the croissants were a little stale. Don't get me wrong the food was still good but could be better :)!

The location was absolutely perfect, I felt safe enough to be out late at night and walk back. Very close to all popular locations. Great amenities, room was very clean and comfortable.

The showers are a bit dangerous. If the slightest bit of shampoo or soap gets on the floor it gets very very slippery, there is nothing to hold on to. I had a few near misses of almost falling over.

Amazing location. The area is right beside the Rideau Centre Mall with the Ottawa Arts Gallery across the street. Byward Market is mere steps away and the locks and Parliament easily walked to.

There is the small matter of temporary construction right outside the entranceway, which impeded traffic. Google maps showed the road to be closed when, in fact, it was just slowed,

Easy walk from the subway. Literally around the corner from the Rideau Centre.

I absolutely loved the controls for the shower but the flat plastic floor is more slippery than grease on glass when the soap mixes with water. There is a floor to ceiling pane of glass on one side and flat tile on the other walls with nothing to grab. So if you fall you’re going down hard.

I loved the room. huge bed, excellent bathroom, came with a fridge.

I had groups of kids running around the floor, screaming and laughing. Which is fine, that's what kids (especially teenagers) do. but it gets a bit tiring by 11pm, when you're trying to sleep. As well, the hotel prices in Ottawa are truly shocking these days. Before the pandemic, this hotel was $180/night. I just paid ~$1000 for three nights.

Upscale spot, rooms were generous size. Ended up with an "accessible" room. The bathroom was huge. Newer features in room like automatic door and window fixtures. Room keys were pretty cool.

Beds were on wheels and were loud to move around in. Blinds don't fully block light from getting in the room - not the worst thing but still noted.

The location was walking distance to a lot of attractions (bars, mall, restaurants, parliament) so it was really convenient to stay here.

There was a LARGE group of students staying in the hotel, so the lobby was often really loud and crowded. We also saw lots of homeless people outside and evidence of drug use, so knew this wasn’t the safest of places outside the hotel.

Location was excellent, shower had great water pressure and we loved the handheld shower head. Bed was clean and comfortable. Decent view. Helpful staff.

Only one non-decaf coffee in our room, had to go request more. Use of personal products (shampoo, etc) was unclear. We weren't sure if we were allowed to use them without charge and had to request clarification. It would've been nice to have some lotion available in the room.
