The unit size is reasonable. The location is good. Accessible from both Queen St and Sparks.

Parking ($37/d) is very expensive compared to other nearby indoor public parking. Check-out is at 11am or you will be charged $25/h, with no flexibility as most (if not all) other hotels. No swimming pool is available.

Very clean, comfy beds, nice staff, good location and parking. Space is modern and the kitchen was well appointed. Good layout. We enjoyed our stay.

One small suggestion - could you put a lamp in the living room. All lighting in main living area is overhead and not very warm. Also add a lamp in both bedrooms. There’s only one for 2 bedside tables.

The whole process was so easy. The room was lovely, big comfy bed, good pillows. Great to have a full kitchen. Staff was friendly and responsive. Perfect location. Loved the lounge and the view of the Parliament Buildings. The whole thing was great.

Location to the Parliament Buildings is unbeatable. Clean rooms, great amenities and helpful front desk. The sky lounge was really cool to look out at the city.

The temperature control in the room didn't work very well. It was very warm. Tried to turn the AC on but it didn't seem to work. I didn't bother telling the front desk though to tired.

I liked the cleanliness, the space, the location, and the ease of booking and checking in.

I didn't like the absence of access to catering of some sort. With the downtown Ottawa core absent of many variety stores in the vicinity, there was no access to buy a beverage or snack. Restaurants were closed at 18h00 and the variety open nearby was limited. If there was catering at a minimum it would have made the stay just a bit better.

Great location. New facility. Clean. Lovely. Don't believe the other comments, Staff were nice and helpful. In my case, they dealt with a booking computer glitch. I got the wrong (smaller) room and they provided me with an upgrade. Well-handled. Thank-you.

I would have given this property a 9 if it were not for the bed. I cannot imagine designing a lovely, clean condo/apartment hotel and in the main bedroom NOT putting in a legit QUEEN bed or KING. They say its a QUEEN but it's not. It MAY be a European Queen which is more like a N.A double bed. What a shame. I had a sofa bed and used it second and third nights. Left the bed for my wife. Really poor planning to put in such a small bed. If that does not bother you - this is a GREAT property.

Amazing location and loved the apartment feel. There was an issue with the AC in the room that I wasn’t aware. Reception rang and resolved before I even asked. Amazing service and moved to a better room to apologise.

Other staff members seemed very inviting. The place was beautiful. Loved that the kitchen was full and provided pots and pans and utensils. Very clean hotel. Probably will book again!

One staff in particular tried to give me a hard time at check in. Staff sitting next to her jumped in and was extremely helpful. Needed to ask this staff for 2 things during stay , one was for the wifi password as she did not give it to me during check-in. Other was for more toilet paper, as the suit we were in had 2 bathrooms and only one had toilet paper. Both times this staff seemed annoyed by my request.

The condos are new, clean and spacious. The location is downtown around many restaurants and walking distance to parliament and other things. I need to make special mention to the unbelievable customer service at the hotel. The staff here go above and beyond with their amazing service. They are very friendly and accommodating! They personally went out of their way to help us on many different occasions on our trip. You feel comfortable and at home at this hotel. This hotel is also perfect for a family as there is lots of room. We are a family of 5 and often find regular hotel rooms too small. I will definitely come here again!
