Property was easy to find. Valet parking was a breeze to deal with. Anytime you want your vehicle, scan the QR code, submit the time frame you want your vehicle, and it will be brought up from the underground parking garage. Staff were extremely friendly. There is a pool on-site, but it is currently closed for renovations. I did use the fitness facilities. They are open 24-7. There isn’t a lot in the fitness centre, but it is clean and the equipment appears to be relatively new and in good condition.

I am not sure there is really anything I can say that I did not like about the property

- location was OK, quiet area - the room was spacious

- outdated bathroom - no bedside table on one side - stains on armchair

Rooms were clean, staff was great. I stayed with my 2 kids and wife for 4 days and it was great. Room was spacious enough, it has a mini fridge to keep food for the kids and the breakfast is an excellent option for all the family. Location is quite convenient. Close to everything. It is a good option for a family getaway. Overall, great value for the money.

Some things could be updated like bathroom faucets or lighting inside the room.

- very good location - good size room - very good climate control - helpful staff - good breakfast and breakfast service (especially Tia)

- inamovible showerhead, rendering a proper shower impossible - inexplicable reservations on my credit card (all finally disappearing) - no bathrobes, showercaps and slippers provided (later we learned we should have explicitely asked for them, but this wasn't advertised anywhere)

The room is massive! We had a double twin room and also requested for a crib but the provided us with an additional bed which was way comfortable for my little one. The breakfast is amazing! It was not included in the package but we paid for it and it was worth it. Service and the variety was excellent.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that they made me paid additional for the additional bed. This should have been a free service provided by the hotel.

Excellent location, minutes walk to major attractions. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly , helpful and expedient front office services.

Only 2 minor criticisms: the bathroom needs better ventilation, and the valet parking fee is a bit expensive ($32 per day).

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a leak in the toilet on the last day and immediately someone came to take care of it. The pool was closed but they did offer an alternative, but it was an 8 minute walk so we passed because of the young kids. The rooms are clean and the location is great! Very close to the parliament building!

The parking was under construction so we had to use valet parking at the hotel. The staff were very nice and tried to do their best but it's not convenient not to have a quick access to your car. It took about 10-20 minutes to wait for your car to arrive with the valet parking staff.

Nothing I did not like so to speak. Resteraunt closed due to what I am assuming was a lack of clientele. Perhaps some opportunity to order something quick to the room. Might be an option but couldn't find anything to give me a menu.

Very clean rooms nicely complimented. I was beside the elevators and did hear some noise from that. The A/C was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. Online check in was really smooth. Highly recommend this hotel. Location was ideal for visiting parliament.

The downtown location is great and close to restaurants and pubs, the Market, and only a few blocks from Parliament Hill. Ottawa’s limited O’Train is also only block away. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bad timing. We were there when the hotel was under renovations so the food services were impacted. We also were there when there was a big Uni Association conference so we had a few very noisy nights.
