Central to downtown Ottawa, which is quiet in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Clean faciities and well-stocked gym.

The parking lot is a bit awkward as you have to walk out of the building and down a ramp. I was worried for my mother-in-law, who is a senior, as it was dark and icy. However, there is a rail next to the wall that can be used. Not the best set up but there was ample parking and good security. The gym was also open really late in the morning, whereas most hotel gyms are open by 7 am. This was inconveient for us when we wanted to leave early. The bedroom lighting was also very oddly set up. There were no dim soft lights that could be used next to the bed, only extremely bright ones. There was no microwave available or fridge.

I believe that on booking all features of what hotel has should be displayed before you actually book the hotel I mean , my flight was over night landing at 6 am and check in at 3-4 pm so I had to book extra night for not to stay half of the day somewhere in coffee shops, however after I confirmed booking and prepaid it papers that the hotel has options of early check in for $30 !!!!! I could save $120 to be honest it’s a lot considering cost for 4 nights The AC was loud and mini fridge was like leaky but still ok

The hotel is an older hotel thats been renovated, but the rooms are very nice , well decorated and quiet even though we were right on the street side. The hotel staff was great and the doorman was fantastic and very personable. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the food was good and the price was a great. The waitress was again very friendly and helpful.

It was close to everything, but in the office district, so at the night the streets were pretty dead, but a few blocks away things got livelier.

We loved the location of the hotel, but more specifically the staff was very attentive, professional and lovely, and the room was very cozy and the bed and pillows so comfortable!

The only thing that could be an issue was the AC system to control the temperature of the room that was very noisy and we didn’t know how to adjust it. But to be fair we also didn’t ask for help or any info on it from the staff as we fall sleep very easily

Polite and attentive personals, they met us and showed us where we could leave the car. In the evening we got two glasses of champagne. The linens, pillows and bed were excellent and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is very close to famous attractions by walk.

Old washing room which needs a renovation, but from my prospective it doesn't matter, I got everything I needed.

The location is absolutely fantastic—just a stone's throw away from the parliament and the vibrant city center. My trip was incredibly pleasant, thanks to such a prime spot!

It's a shame to say, but the staff could have been a bit friendlier. One of our party members arrived early, and it seemed like the reception staff wasn't making much effort to accommodate her. Later, when the rest of us arrived, there was a bit of a misunderstanding about who would be staying an extra night, leading to a room switch. Despite these hiccups, we tried to make the best of it.

Great location, helpful staff, a good restaurant/bar

Despite our request for a quiet room, we were given an adjoining room by the evening staff, and could hear everything from our neighboring guests and got very little sleep the first night. The saving grace next morning was Rachel at the front desk, who rectified the situation by giving us a quieter room. Once the room change was done, the rest of stay was very good.

Without a doubt, the STAFF were, as always, exemplary ALWAYS willing to accommodate our needs. A room is a room is a room, however, the STAFF are what makes the difference. The lady from Chile, the gentleman from Casablanca, the soccer player, T6, and the lady in the restaurant who is attending Ottawa U, ALL of them are WONDERFUL. THEY make ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! GREAT TIME. Thank you

Access to parking. I am certain this is not new.

Front desk staff, specifically a woman who seemed to be training staff, was excellent. The rooms were spotless & very comfortable.

At 8:45ish am the cleaning/maintenance staff were steam cleaning the carpets on our floor which was extremely loud. Checkout wasn’t until 11:00am so in future the loud cleaning should wait until checkout. We had a late night so we were looking forward to sleeping in🤷🏻‍♀️

The location was absolutely perfect, great restaurants within walking distance . The cleanliness and attention given was incredible. The rooms are a great and the beds so incredibly comfortable.

The only minus would be the indoor parking, it is not connected to the hotel so would have to walk outdoors. As well it is quite small in context to the amount of people staying possibly at the hotel at any time.
