I found the room fairly quiet, and it was spacious and clean. Next door to an Esso and Costco.

Nothing against the Travelodge, but it was hard to get to because of the strange way GoogleMaps and Garmin tried to find ways into the place. Once I got in, I didn't want to leave, too much of an ordeal lol. Also, the fridge didn't have a freezer component, so it's a good think I didn't have any ice packs. Also, no breakfast included, I can't remember if I saw that or not when I booked it, since I changed my booking in Ottawa a couple of times. These are just small negatives, not deal-breakers. I would still stay here again, knowing what I know.

The gentleman working at the reception was very nice and very attentive, which is very appreciated in these times of lacking customer service. My room was nice and big and quiet. I had asked for a bathtub and got one, which made me very happy. Lots of free parking too!

it was a little hard to find at night. I didn’t see the signage and ended up in the parking lot of the gas station next door - but that might’ve been because that’s where my GPS took me.

it is close to all the people we want to see when we come back in the area, very peaceful grass area at the back to walk our dog…. and that dogs are allow and only in one part of the hotel, it is respectful of the other travellers that might be scared or dogs.

nothing, whenever there is something bothering us during our stray it was never been because of the property or the staff !

If the price is 123 I don't appreciate seeing me billed an extra 50 for so called , incidental charge. This cost me money and you make money by holding my money everyday. Been down that avenue before. If this is the practice of booking.com I can go elsewhere. Thank you

The property was really clean even if some renovation are happening. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated and the A/C is loud. The white noise covers perfectly all the little noises and keeps our dog in a relax mode. The grass area at the back is a nice place to unwind after a long day.

the room was big enough for a single couple traveling for pleasure.it was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Friendly reception staff. Room was clean but a bit tight. Bed was comfortable.

Toilet seems to have an internal leak and kept refilling every few minutes. Didn't notice the noise from the bedroom area, only when in the bathroom.

Our Family has been coming to this hotel since 2015... We always come back for the Pool... water temp warm (perfect) ... due to covid they only allow one family in the pool at a time... (i think this is better) We booked two rooms with both double beds... Hotel called and upgraded bcuz they ran out of the double bed rooms so we got 3 rooms (two with kings and one with 2double beds)... Travelodge Ottawa East always tries to make us feel welcome the staff are friendly and helpful,

the A/C levels through out the entire hotel was too HIGH, i dont think we should be hearing the wind blowing and feeling blasting cold air... Got upgraded due to hotel book error, but the things in the upgraded room didn't work, the thermostat only blasting ice a/c (im not a fan of a/c), converter (out dated) for the updated tv, iron only leaked, toilet ran all the time(the sound it makes when the tank is filling). In fairness i didnt complain because i have 2 other rooms booked...

Comfy beds, close to restaurant, quiet, indoor pool with fairly warm water, close to gas station.

Should have a grab bar in the bathtub wall. Should have a small table on all sides of the bed. No place to put mobile phone or glass of water. No instructions in the room such as how to get voice mail off phone.

Lots of parking Clean rooms Comfortable Bed Friendly staff

The fact that they put $200 deposit on my credit card that they then say it will take a few days for it to go back on Pillows were lumpy
