Good breakfast. Quiet room! Comfortable beds. Spacious enough room. Excellent cleaning staff! Very, very good value for money. Good location in Richmond Hill. I was especially impressed with the mailed return of some clothing items we inadvertently left behind in one of the drawers.

Not much we didn't like! :) The odd communication uncertainty (minor).

Breakfast was great and we appreciated the options available. The beds were comfortable and made for a restful sleep, The room was pleasant and looked much better than expected considering the aged look of the hotel exterior.

The bathtub was very slippery and taking a shower was an adventure until we got a mat from the staff, The air conditioning was noisy but it worked well and the weather was warm, The computer plug in the table lamp was non-functional. It was reported but nothing was done about it. (I must add that the staff were very helpful.)

Free breakfast & very pet friendly hotel as long as you have cage and your dog is not noisy ($20 per dog/per night). Good price specially if you stay more, staff are very friendly and free parking. The receptionist will help you as much as posibble and they do their best to accomodate you.

The breakfast was fine. There were renovations going on so a little duaty here and there. The evening and day staff were both just excellent, efficient and very friendly. That's a big factor in enjoying our stay there!

Hallway cleanliness but the renovation process is what it is - the room itself was very nice.

all went well and exceed my expectation. receptionist is very accommodating and very friendly. converse well with the guest. room is clean and well ventilated. comfortable bed. recommend others to give it a go.

We really enjoyed our stay because they were the only one available at 10:30 ,that night! The staff were more than helpful to us senior people at that time of the night!Thank you for being so courteous to us! We will certainly recommend this Travelodge to other people!

I myself took a shower the next morning and it was not sanitized like it should have been! There were hairs left from the person who took a shower before me!

The room was very spacious and clean. The lady at the reception was wonderful! Good breakfast and lots of parking.

The breakfast area has only 4 tables, if you don't come early you probably won't get a table and have to bring your breakfast back to the room.

The staff was amazing, the room was cleaned and pillows and bed were soooo comfortable😌 This is by far one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in Toronto, especially for the price. I will be booking there again for my next trip in two weeks👏🏾👏🏾

My second stay was better. I wasn't upgraded but the room was more to my liking, being on an upper floor and not facing the parking lot so it felt more private. The TV in this room was better too, everything worked. I like staying here.

The grab and go breakfast was scanty in my second stay compared to my first, still good but a little disappointing by comparing. It would be nice if you could make your own, choose your fruit etc. I'd rather not have housekeeping in every day changing the towels it seems a waste of energy and water!
