The staff was very friendly and welcoming, check in/ out was nice and easy, the location of hotel was perfect for what we needed, Beds were comfortable.

The pillows were flat, our curtains were barley hanging on to the wall, carpets we stained throughout the hotel (just made it feel dirty walking down the hall) upon entering our room there was a couple hairs in the bathroom(in the tub and on the floor) half our outlets didn’t work so we were all fighting over the couple that did work to charge our phones and stuff.

The 33' by 66' two meter deep pool was 82° and great for swimming lengths for an hour. The Hot whirlpool Spa was 103° and the Sauna was over 80° and sat on my towel while wringing out my bathing suit. The Park in restaurant had delicious Chicken wraps. The shower was comfortable even with three washing up. The Queen beds were plush Sealy Posterpedic. Two pillows for each bed were soft. View of the 6 floor building complex is exciting watching all the Hard working trades show awesome skill sets.

The Staff were so friendly and efficient. The Location is close to all major Highways. The room was cleaner and safer than Ever. Thank you very much from the bottom of my Heart 💕💕💕

The staff of the hotel were very nice. The room was also clean but the corridor of the hotel was not that clean! I saw the add that breakfast cost 15 CAD but when we used the restaurant they charged us double.

The hotel has changed me double and I haven’t receive my money back. I have contacted the hotel they said we will send your money back within 5 business days. It’s now 6 business days I haven’t receive my money back.

the beds were comfy. the pool was fantastic. the hotel was clean.

the hot tub was cold. the reason we booked was pool and hot tub. the stairs to pool railing not secure very dangerous. in the add for the restaurant it says open for breakfast lunch and supper. my wife is diabetic and needed some food we arrived at hotel shortly after 2 and restaurant on site was closed.from 2 to 5. the counter lady didnt seem to know were any restaurants were. the location is on the outskirts and nothing around.

It is a good place if you want to be away from the city and you just need to relax and unwind like swimming at the pool. However, during our stay the pool for kid is not available. I don't know if it is because of the pandemic or what not. The room is clean and toiletries are complete and you can request it at the reception or front desk. The pool is okay and a good place since sometimes there is no one in that area so you can relax in there all for yourself.

- Some of the staff are not friendly like when I ask one of the cleaning staff. They don't seem to answer in a polite way. However, one of their cleaning staff is very nice. The one who sent us towels and toiletries. The manager and one of the reception as well are great and very polite. They were able to resolve my concern and issues and thank you so much for that. -The location, for I didn't know that it is far from other areas, however, there are a lot of restaurants nearby if you walk around. Costco as well is just around there. -The wifi is around 18Mbps when I run my net speed test. It is good enough since it is free but not for work specially if your work needs a higher Mbps to connect.

There's no food service on Weekends - very difficult for the location to go in and out and find other options outside the property as there's no car service. Also have requested towels on the next day I called twice and nothing came so I keep on looking out for housekeeping to pass by so I can get it myself, I finally saw one lady I have to confirm because she's not in uniform I don't want to make a mistake before I was given towels she told me to ask front desk but I said I did the first request was almost 30 minutes and followed by 2nd request that never came until I left. I got up early because I'm doing a course review and ended up not using it at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful, checkin was very quick and easy. The pool is amazing, heated and clean. The rooms are very nice for the price and come with the bonus of a microwave and fridge. There is a 24/7 mini convenience store in the lobby and it is so helpful when you’re thirsty in the middle of the night and need water. I’ve been coming here since 2015 and will continue to book this hotel as it’s never disappointed!

No complaints!

First time guest and was not disappointed. Well appointed rooms, clean and quiet. Sunday night stay, room 357. Well decorated. Loved the ample shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk very pleasant. In room coffee was superior to others. One night stay did not allow me to experience their other amenities that they offered.

I like the location. Dining and shopping about 5 minutes drive. The price of the stay is the best around the area. Staff speaks multiple languages. This is my second time stay at Park Inn. Staff and receptionist were wonderful and very helpful. I will be back, and tell my friends and family about this place.

The power went out three times in our room, but after the staff reset it, it was fine. The ac keeps running even the power was out. As soon as the staff reset the power box, it's not a problem anymore.
