Location was perfect for the family event we were attending. Enjoyed the lobby that was open to the bar on one side and coffee shop on opposite side… plenty of space for people to gather. Lovely shower. No other area to blow dry our hair besides the bathroom… not ideal when other person is in the shower.

Had to call down for toilet paper. Not enough towels; we showered upon arrival ( 6 h car trip) and next morning. Only 1 facecloth. We attempted to lower temperature in room, as it was warm…but were not able to. A black bug crawled across the bathroom floor. Eww.

Good location, restaurants in area, there is an upgraded tower and an older one, we stayed in older one and it was good, clean, did not feel dated. Starbucks in lobby. Staff friendly and accommodating. Indoor Pool was working too,

Hotel caters to sports teams so it was a busy lobby with parents-and kids who were just hanging out when we checked in, very loud. We were able to get a room on another floor and it was very sound proof. No parking in front as it is a busy mall but private parking in the back, safe for your vehicle.

The room was a good size with very comfortable beds . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was a good size with good equipment. We also really enjoyed the pool and having access to the racket club.

The on site restaurant was ok, the staff were friendly. However the price point was a little high for what we had which was breakfast, especially when there are less expensive but just as good. Nice to have was the Starbucks on site for a quick coffee!

The rooms were very clean, always fresh towels and sheets. Nice to have tim hortons and a mall across the street, lots of restaurant nearby.

Breakfast was expensive, and bar service was poor (my glass was dirty - they just repoured the wine from the dirty glass to a new one). The pool was out of service, although we were able to use the best western pool which was pretty amazing.

i loved the shower, and the design of the room was nice. The beds were comfy but a couple small stains though I shouldn’t have high expectations. I feel like I could run a place a little better.. I’ve stayed at the Sheraton my whole life & I could say it was a decent stay. I would again stay the night If I was near.

i thought the front desk lady was slightly rude, hate how girls cant be welcoming to other females but you never know what they’re going thru or projecting, so I don’t mind at all but definitely was a thought. the only true thing i disliked that threw me off was the a couple pieces of hair that was in my butter chicken & understandable not the greatest plate but the bread was nice.. my mom ordered a vegan bowl which she didn’t want to finish but managed. even if it’s vegan it should be enjoyable and work towards the taste but the setting was nice but not worth the money for the food.

Good location. easy checkin. .Fantastic restaurant. Starbucks in lobby (warning closes earlier than u think) . beds super comfy- and lots of non feather pillows that seem like feather ones .

the push/pull button for activation of the shower head was not working..and so unaware of the issue.. the hand held faucet blasted me from outside the shower with cold water. made a wet mess of floor too

Suzanne and the people working at the Sheraton made all the difference in our stay. We even had a challenge as I'd lost my credit card jus as I was trying to check-in with 4 kids and two dogs in anticipation of my daughters graduation ceremony. In many places this may have been a service night mare but Suzanne worked with me to pave the way to a quick and easy check in. She also surprised us with a special delivery for our daughter. That was outstanding service !

It was a LONG walk to the outdoor pool facilities and they are not up to the Sheraton brand though the staff at the pool bar are friendly accommodating and hard working as they have to run a mile to get your food (very well prepared but lacking in presentation as it all comes in a box). Would recommend better supplies at bar and supporting staff better.

Facility was modern. Shower/bathroom was very appealing to look at

Main door to hallway was not sound proof, had a gap at the bottom that allowed all sound to pass through. Requested a room in the higher levels but was only given a 3rd floor room.

Very accommodating staff. The front reception area has 2 staff working behind the counters, and 1 to triage certain issues. Such as my rushed check out, returned the keys already, but the team member noticed and helped me retrieve my forgotten item from the room. Very observant and helpful on the spot.

Hallways and door banging each time adjacent units entered/exited their own units. It was particularly loud for those with kids. Perhaps a sectioning off for families with kids, and an area with less noises for adults only. Just a suggestion.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and spacious. Hotel was close to everywhere we were visiting. Great buffet breakfast and also has a Starbucks.

Parking was difficult when we returned at night. My husband had to drop me and the kids off while he drove around to find a parking spot.
