Nostalgic of the 90s, this is hotel reminds me of my childhood. It's a little dated but super clean. Love the easy access at floor level and the pool and gym are pretty great. Location is awesome, there's lots of resturants, and malls near by.

Wifi needs to be better

The staff was very attentive and we felt well taken care of. The pool is great. The water was warm and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. As I read other reviews before booking our stay some people complained about it being outdated and as that may be true, the decor did not by any means outweigh the fact that the staff is great, the facility is clean and for the price we had a great weekend stay.

My only complaint is that on the morning we were leaving, the parking lot was over crowded and cars had parked in spots that weren’t parking spots and it was a little difficult to get out

the sliding door is closed, it's most likely for safety purposes but I hope there is an option to access since we have a pet. It would be good access plus giving us more reason to stay.

Easy access, good staff, clean, good breakfast, calm and good wifi, suitable parking

Mattress was not in a good shape, needs to be replaced. I had not a good sleep on that. Toilet bowl was old and small. Normally it should be large enough to be matched with all body types.

Breakfast is great. But there should be a change of eggs, scrambled egg, next day should be boiled eggs

There should be boiled eggs for breakfast. Lobby should have air condition and also the hallway

at 2.30pm the room wasn’t cleaned yet, the cleaning lady saw us getting out and she cleaned the room; there wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed ; the dining room is small, also breakfast was good ; at checkout the lady at the reception didn’t know to explain why there was a difference of price between the receipt she gave me and the amount on my credit account

Was all excellent thank you. we loved all the food, service was all amazing thank you all so much wonderful and excellent !!

Just watch the distance for smokers near the building to the designated smoking area.

great staff, manager Nathan was very helpful and kind. the breakfast has a wide variety, bed are comfy and towels are clean. most important, the property is quiet and well insulated from sounds. had a great night here. will definitely book again in the future

buffet breakfast was GREAT, most staff still wearing masks which made us feel even more comfortable for our first hotel stay with our toddler, pool was warm, allowed us early check in which was super helpful, close to all locations where our daughter was playing basketball for the weekend

hot tub was closed which was unfortunate

Everything, staff was friendly and the accommodations were good for what I needed

That the pool wasn't open until later, would of like to get a swim in before I had to take care of business
