Check-in was fast, efficient and friendly. At my request I was given a " quiet" room. The room was very spacious, well appointed, clean with all the needed amenities. Breakfast was included. I hada restful sleep. I requested and was given a slightly later checkout at no extra charge.

My mild criticism and it may not be reflective of every day is the breakfast did not have more hot protein items such as cooked eggs( they had boiled eggs) turkey sausages, beans etc. They had Western eggs ( with ham) and pork sausages which are not suitable for those of us who keep kosher/ halal.

The suite is perfect for a family of 4. We were 6 but we still fit using the sofa bed. The hotel is perfectly clean, all around. There is daily cleaning if you want, but have to request it. Anyway we don't need it as we want our privacy. There is a good cellular signal in our room, so I was able to work there. The room is sound proof, you won't realize that someone is outside unless they knock from the door. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The towels are also clean and could be replaced by request. The breakfast was also good, just perfect for what we have paid for. There were different choices of bread, muffin, and fresh waffle that you can make. Plus the additional egg and other side for substantial breakfast which changes everyday. Yogurt and cereals are also available, which is okay for a longer stay.

During our stay, it was exactly the scheduled time for fire drill and it lasted for the whole week, so could hear the alarm to go off everyday. But that was fine as it only happens during schedules.

free parking; laundry facilities accessible to guest for self/service in a secured and bright room; pleasant breakfast salon, very good food selection; certainly a generous caterer as they permit ‘take-out’!… guests appreciate this particular kindness!

when we entered the room, we saw the 2 Queen beds and saw the sofa /bed. we opened the sofa and saw thé soda bed was not made up— I reserved for 3 adults. I went down to the front desk and asked why the sofa bed was not made up. The front desk staff informed me that we had to take the ‘bedding package’ out of the closer and make the bed ourselves. it seems this hotel has no staff available for duties after 4PM…

All the facilities were of the best quality and the room/suite had all that we would need for a week's stay. Fantastic property and service.

We booked a room for us and our 3yr old. But the accompanying bed was a sofa bed which we ended up not using because our child slept with us. That resulted in the bed being a tad too small. It would have been better if there was space for an extra bed in the bedroom to make it easier for a couple with child/ren. Also the shower head could have been detachable to make it easier to bathe children.

we used hotel , as husband had hip replacement surgery at Humber River Hospital , so location was easy to get to hospital . front desk staff were very friendly .

difficult to access parking lot ,,, can’t turn across traffic due to median … no hairdryer, called and asked for one , they managed to find one and bring up . shampoo dispenser was empty . lack of vacuuming under both bedside table area,,, they had upholstery benches that slide out for extra seating under these bedsides ,,, very dusty and dirty underneath. the chair at island was unstable , wobbly ,,, needs replacement , as this room was a mobility room , and chair could be a liability if it collapses. Cutlery in kitchen , most was missing , one spoon only ,,,

Kind and courteous staff all around - breakfast area, housekeeping, front desk. Complimentary laundry facility very helpful. Pleasant courtyard with comfy seating. Short walk to bus stops.Complimentary food at meet and greets at suppertime mon-wed. Kitchenettes fairly well stocked for stove-top cooking - very convenient for long stays. Full size dishwasher, fridge with ice making machine. Bed was very comfortable - sheets felt luxurious.

The suite we booked was spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfy, although the sofa bed in the living room had a pretty thin older mattress with springs sticking out. The waffles at breakfast were great. The location was convenient for our needs. Overall it was a good choice.

The person who checked us in said we could not pay using debit. The couple in line ahead of us had booked using a visa debit card were denied their reservation on arrival. When we complained, their no debit policy changed suddenly...the walls are thin and we could hear children running up and down the halls on the 4th floor well into the night.

The full suite was nice. We we have been travelling across Cananda and are a family of 6. Finding something that fits us without booking 2 rooms has been challenging.

Coming from Canadas Wonderland our GPS had troubles giving us an easy way there. We ended up going in a little bit of a circle. Not something that is fixable I know. Also being a family of 6 we found the living room kind of tight.

Our suite was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and recently updated. The complimentary breakfast was a full, all you could eat breakfast with eggs, sausage, hot cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc. Not fancy but more than expected. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Everything was absolutely spotless throughout the hotel. We were here to watch the National Bank Tennis Open for the weekend and the location was perfect!

Breakfast was really good. Clean place. Excellent staff. Very comfortable bed. Nice sitting area and TV.

No kettle. Sheets were a bit small for bed so were always pulling off. And worst was the venue across road that had really loud thumping music when there was event booked. In room on street side of hotel it was pretty awful. Only really on weekends and holidays though.
