Location for breakfast perfect. There was enough choice for everyone in the family albeit not enough "healthy choices" of fruits or vegetables or any low fat dairy or any types of foods that would be helpful for citizens who understand nutrition and want to eat healthier. Unfortunately most citizens don't mind eating "unhealthy" so this is a society issue and not a hotel issue. All was kept full and meticulously cleaned and although many people, it did not feel overwhelming or crowded.

Availability of some more healthier choices such as fruits, vegetables, and low fat dairy.

Room was spacious and comfortable! Bed was great, the pillows were plentiful and just right for me. We stayed in the double room suite and had plenty of space for the four of us. Location was just right, after spending a full day at Wonderland... Just a short drive to the hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful even for our late night check in. And after spending a lot of money, no additional charges for parking was so nice! Starting our day off with the included breakfast, was beyond my expectations! This was by far the best breakfast I've had at a hotel in the last 6-7 years! Staff were frequently changing our coffee and bringing fresh food. It was so refreshing.

Wasn't much I didn't like... Just small housekeeping things.

I liked all the different things they had for my kids and it was in a great location .everywhere we wanted to go was not too far away

We tried the breakfast the first morning it had a descent amount of options but all the hot food wasn't that hot.

Everything was clean and easy to get to Staff was accommodating and friendly even when they dealt with some nasty customers before I was able to be helped

Not the fault of the property but the construction made things more tough for transportation

Room was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials as well so it was a very comfortable stay

The neighbouring cat dealership was loud one night but the noise didn’t go on too late

Breakfast was great, could maybe use a little more variety for week-long stays like ours. Pool and gym are great

Only 2 negative comments: one of the bath tubs had an indentation that had some standing water and resulting rust stains. The other is that the mattress on the sofa bed looks like it's due to change soon

Very comfortable room which was more like a little apartment. Very clean room and the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was on the house and a great layout. It's close to everything.

This weekend was very busy and parking was scarce. Normally the parking lot would have been big enough but this weekend was back to back traffic everywhere.

I like the fridge, stove and microwave in the room. I wish I tried the pool and breakfast. The bed was super comfortable.

There were kids yelling and running up and down the hallway. I was irritated to say the list. I wanted some slippers for the room. They didn’t have any. Also there was confusion when booking the room. I wasn’t too happy at first. But I settled.

Our 2 bedroom suite made for a great stay for our family of 5. Now that our kids are getting older, a hotel room can feel very small & overwhelming. The two bedrooms and two full baths off the kitchen/sitting area gave us the room we needed and everyone had a great time. Three TV’s were a bonus. The full kitchen was well equipped. Stove, full fridge, dishwasher (with tabs), microwave and all necessary dishes and cutlery allowed is to make lunches and have take out in the room with everything we needed. The staff was very polite and answered any questions we had in a friendly manner. We did have to book a time slot at the pool due to Covid restrictions but it was always available when we requested time. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed being so close to IKEA (walking distance), Vaughan Mills for shopping and a 7 minute drive to Canada’s Wonderland.

If you do have anyone needing to use the pullout sofa, it was not comfortable at all. The mattress is very thing with Springs showing through. It was fine for my 9 year old daughter not even she said it wasn’t comfortable. The extra sheets supplied for the sofa bed were very tired looking/discoloured and could use to be replaced. (The sheets on the queen beds were new and crispy white) The room overall was very clean, however there was a fair amount of hair on the floor behind the bathroom door. It might not be noticed by some people, but my attention to detail did catch it and wasn’t sure the floor had been fully cleaned. But the rest of the suite was acceptable.
