I liked the use of the pool and hot tub and the room was nice

I requested 4 extra pillows but they said that was too many and that I could have 1 extra. That made me mad considering the price for the 1 night stay on a weeknight. We had 5 people and needed more pillows. Also it would have been nice if breakfast was included

Staff were great and super friendly. Felt very clean. We used the pool several times, which you have to make a reservation for but we had no issue getting several swim times!

The marketplace and bistro were hugely overpriced. There weren't adequate facilities in the room to heat up any food, so it was really annoying. Our fridge also froze all our drinks solid and no amount of changing the temperature dial helped. Honestly the reason I would hesitate to recommend this hotel or return is because of the lack of basic cooking stuff (like, a spoon or microwave in the room) and obnoxious food prices.

Bathroom, shampoo/conditioner, very comfortable bed and pillows. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was comfortable and updated.

Price was different the at booking. Secret taxes upon taxes. Gave us an adjoining room when we were a family staying there sharing an adjoining door with young people partying. Hot tub did not have working jets. There was blood in the wall.

The fire in the lobby was lovely, they had an ice machine, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, warm, and clean, with a balcony overlooking a car park and a Christmas lights festival. The pool was nice and quiet as well, I had it all to myself.

The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner over the Christmas period (when I was staying) and the room didn't have a fridge so finding food at night wasn't ideal for my purposes. The bathroom was a bit small, but fine, and had great water pressure in the shower.

Staff were all friendly especially cafe staff who went out of their way to help and serve

Had a reservation for 5 people, had to ask for bedding for pull out bed when we finally arrived at 2am and only provided towels for 4 people. But would definitely stay again. When I made reservation, said breakfast was included but when we arrived was told it wasn't, was quickly sorted out

We didn't have a chance to try the mini restaurant but it was nice having it as an available option at site.

The pool and hottub were unfortunately, too dirty for us to enjoy later Saturday evening. This may not be the standard condition but what we experienced at the time.

Staff was friendly Beds were comfy. Location was good. Beautiful inside. Pool opens at 6am.

The hot tub was pretty much a giant bath was strangers because it didn't really Jet, which was disappointing.

Wonderful front desk staff! Fitness room was great to have. Didn’t get to use the pool but looked great.

Distance to Canada’s wonderland was ideal

Our king bed was awesome. However the pull out couch was supposed to sleep 2 and my kids (11-13) did not fit comfortably on it. It was way too small. My son took the couch cushion and slept on the floor. That was a little disappointing.

The bed was nice and comfortable and I liked that we asked for different pillows (don't like the feather ones) and someone came and provided different one for us, which were great!

I didn't like that the toilet was separated from the sink, but not a big deal.
