The location was great right near a Walmart, ikea, and highway 407 station which I always use the subway to go to Toronto. Breakfast was nice very basic no eggs or meat or anything fancy just some bagels and toast fruit 2 types of cereal. Staff was nice and helpful. My bf and I got the jacuzzi suite and it was very nice.

Very minor but breakfast end time was confusing one staff member and the voucher said ends at 10am but another staff member and the sign in front of the restaurant said 11am. Also non smoking and vaping property so keep that in mind.

The room was clean and comfortable. There is a Walmart across the road, and the Smart VMC bus terminal is a few minutes walk away, with regular buses to the Vaughan Mills outlets and Canadas Wonderland.

I interacted with 4 different Reception staff and none of them were very welcoming, they made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The process for breakfast is very convoluted - we had to queue at Reception to get a breakfast voucher (which was busy with people also checking out) and then handed the voucher straight into a staff member at the entrance to breakfast - why not just give your room number to the staff member at breakfast and cut out the faff with the vouchers?!

I only was glad I was able to bring my coffees up to my room and my bagel and toast.

The complimentary breakfast wasn’t the greatest. I didn’t like that they had no pancakes 🥞 they had no bacon 🥓 they had no scrambled eggs they had no fruit or yogurt. They only had hard broiled eggs, cereal bagels bread butter cream cheese, jam. What I didn’t like mostly was I was not able to bring my breakfast to my room she made me leave my broiled eggs 🥚. It’s not a cheap hotel they should treat there customers much better. There was one house keeping lady that wasn’t very nice I locked my card in my room and I was wearing something I wouldn’t wear in the front lobby. I asked her if she can open my door with her master key she wouldn’t so I had to go down to the front desk and get the clerk to get me a card that worked for my room. So embarrassing 😳

Room was a very good size and beds were comfortable. Good price and breakfast was included, although this was quite basic (no hot food). We stayed two nights, two days apart, travelling with family to their cottage in between. There wasn't enough room in their car for all our luggage so the hotel looked after some cases for us until we returned, which solved the problem and was much appreciated.

The room was very quiet on the first night (mid-week) but the occupants upstairs were a little rowdy/noisy on the second (Saturday) night.

We've stayed here many times for price and location, not sure of under new management, but it was the Smoothest visit at the desk yet AND the cleanest/freshest it's ever been!!

The morning "breakfast" is not really a "breakfast", more of a "grab and go" with not so many great options.... only marmalade jams, the least popular of all.... no variety with muffins, if juice runs out they weren't willing to fill.... been to hotels where breakfast included has eggs or pancakes, bacon, etc..... they could improve this here.

You staff are very friendly and got me checked in very quickly. My room was spacious and really clean. I thank everyone involved for my stay. When needed I will rebook at your location and will suggest your locations to my friends.

It had snowed the day before I arrived and I would suggest you use a different company to remove the snow from the parking area. That is the only thing that I would find issue with. Mother Nature!

Price was reasonable. Location was conveniently close to Line 1 on metro to get to National Bank Open at York U and to downtown for Blue Jays and Via Rail. Close to a Super Walmart. Breakfast included. Free parking.

Some staff at reception were a little uninterested in us after we checked in—not overly friendly. A bit noisy in halls. Vending machine out of order. Breakfast adequate but a bit monotonous after a week.

The cleanliness and updatedness was a very pleasant surprise ... personally I would get rid of the dirt catching carpet. Not being restaurant eaters because of dietary restrictions, the availability of fridge and micro made the stay that much better for we ate in our room.

The freshness and quality of the fruit on offer at breakfast left much to be desired. No trays for carrying the choices of food at breakfast made for many trips to and from the buffet. Collecting coffee,cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, peanut butter, jam, honey, marmalade, butter, croissant and boiled and peeled eggs on a FLAT plate eggs made for dangerous mishaps along the way... like how many pockets should be brought to breakfast? And the breakfast room is TOO TOO small! you do not want a photo of the 9:15 crowd. It was necessary to move to an a-joining sitting room which is not equipped for eating.

Amazing location. There's a nearby Walmart for some of your needs. Some nearby restaurants as well. The Vaughan TTC subway is about 10 mins walk if you wanna go on foot. Room was pretty bright and spacious as well. Staff was very accommodating. Will definitely go back!

The fitness center could use a bit of improvement. Probably some dumbbells or weights.

Great front desk staff - very helpful! Accommodated my VERY early check-in time which meant a lot to me as I desperately needed a nap before heading back to the hospital! 5⭐️s to that young lady! The room was a small suite (more than I expected) and was spotless & quiet!👍 The cleaning staff was great too!👌 Kudos to everyone there that made a difficult visit easier❣️

Main negative was that there was a sign at breakfast that you could not take food out of the dining area without permission. As I was planning to eat in the car on my way back to the hospital (since it was only a continental bkfst) that didn’t appeal to me. Also, during covid I always take my meals back up to my room to minimize exposure. Never seen that sign at another hotel. Only other small negative was the lobby area (across from front desk) renovations have not been done yet so it looked old & tired. Once it matches the rest of the main floor the first impression will be a positive one!
