The staff were very nice - actually more than nice. The lady at the cafeteria, she explained everything in a very nice way and helped us have a very comfort breakfast. My wife and I were not in that very good mood to be honest but because of her kindness we were back to our good pace. We wanted to leave tip for her, so grabbed the envelope and put some money and tried to find her before leaving. After we checked out, we were gonna ask them where she is, but we also needed to go to the nearest Tim Horton's so we went there first on foot. After we came back, we put our coffee bags in the trunk, took her donut to the seat and left. THE ENVELOPE WAS FOUND THIS MORNING while cleaning our stuff away since we came back home at 11 pm last night. We feel extremely horrible for the lady at the cafeteria. I just wanted to say thank you so much for her kindness.

AC was a little bit noisy. And I understand that there's cash deposit - only if you pay the room in cash, I did not expect 200 bucks as deposit although I brought quite hundred bucks in cash that I exchanged while in Korea a few years ago when the rate was really low. More importantly when getting it return, it has to be after 8 am. Fortunately we left at 10 am but anyone who has early / urgent leave before 8 am might see this very inconvenience - but once again, plan before do then.

Hotel is located only about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal. There is Barbie's, Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drugmart and grocery store a walking distance from hotel. Breakfast is included and very descent.

Didn't like the view from the room - stayed in the basement. The smell of tobacco smoke was really bad in one of the rooms we had. As if somebody has been smoking there for days.

Nice room--love that the floor is not carpeted, so much cleaner feeling! The bed was super comfortable, including perfect pillows. Appreciated having microwave and fridge in room and plenty of space to move around. Wifi worked wonderfully and breakfast was great. The lady working the breakfast area was super kind and did a great job of keeping it well stocked. Easy location to access.

No elevator available was the only thing I didn't like. Not a major problem for us, just would have been nicer/more convenient to have one.

The location was good. A supermarket is directly near the hotel. There are tables in front of the hotel where you can stay or eat. The staff is very friendly.

We got a wrong information for the breakfast time and were too late. But we were allowed to take a few things to our room and ate in our room.

Hot breakfast was really good, there was everything you could possibly want. What impressed me the most though was that they upgraded me at no cost from 2 double beds to 2 queen beds!

To get to the breakfast lounge, you have to go outside to the front hotel building. Not pleasant in bad/cold weather.

Very spacious room and incredible bubble bath in the room. Staff is very friendly. Convenient parking.

The walls are thin and you can hear all foot steps from the room above you. Breakfast was a bit limited. Overall the room could be slightly cleaner (bath tub cleanliness could be improved and found couple of hairs on the bed sheets when we just arrived).

Liked the location for what are needs were. The Lady at Breakfast was very nice and helpful as my wife was not feeling too good in the morning the lady allowed me to take some breakfast to our room to help, that was very nice.

The floors were a bit dirty as i picked up a lot of dirt on my feet and socks, maybe a good swiffer would help.

We booked during the Canadian Grand Prix and as such, the price was higher. However, we enjoyed our stay, staff are lovely (special thanks to Maureen and Kaithy) our room was big and clean and it had everything we may have needed in our 4night stay. The property is conveniently located close to the main highways and roads and our daily commute to Montréal was less than 20 minutes.

Breakfast ok,microwaved eggs nit my cup of coffee(((( Place was however nice....I'm comparing price and services to hotel I stayed in Krakow ,buffet breakfast mutch better quality and services

Someone was fixing bus on parking lot and was rewing engine for quite of time

Front desk and breakfast staff were great, beds comfortable with plentyofpillows, nice size room and bathroom

Beds where never made nor towels replaced even when we filled out cleaning cared, we had to get our own towels at night for showers we were on second floor and didn't know before hand that there was no elevator
