They upgraded our room because our initial booking for 2 queen beds was full. I was a bit unhappy at first, since they gave us a room with 1 king size bed and a sofa bed. But it turns out the room was great! The breakfast was great too. With lots of choices. The scrambled eggs were very well done, tender, not dry. They also have other warm food, like potatoes, sausage and beans. Many choices of bagels and bread and muffins. Best breakfast at hotels we stayed for our trip. The whole place was very clean, and the building looks like very well done, very high quality interior work, not like lots of other hotels cheaply done.

the Jacuzzi's drainage seal was not working. Otherwise would try that too. ;)

The room is clean, cosy and quiet, even though the windows were on the highway side and on the first floor. There were the vending machines with pops, water and snacks, a fine coffee maker, and a wine and beer vending machine. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options to eat - scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, baked beans, yogurts, bagels, do-it-yourself waffles, and toasts. The cream cheese, jams and peanut butters. An included breakfast was the main thing for the hotels when I was looking for the place to stay a couple of nights in Montreal.

it was clean, rooms were spacious, quite inside and fairly updated. The continental Breakfast that was included was fantastic. best I’ve had in a hotel.

nope. there was an issue with communication between Booking.com and the hotel it’s self. I was lucky enough to have anticipated this especially on F1 weekend and reconfirmed in email my stay details with the hotel. when we arrived the dates were incorrect and I was no-showed the previous day as well as shown checked out a day early. having all my documents from the hotel helped and the front desk fixed the issue. had in it had the reconfirmation I feel it could have gone another way.

Mario at the Front Desk Reception was exceptional. Very personable and efficient with good advice as to how to get into Montreal city proper via the Champlain Bridge. Bravo!! Also room was spacious and well appointed in the 'chateau' style.. Appreciated the excellent quality of windows which prevented road and highway noise from disturbing the room. A sound sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast is a full breakfast which is a rarity these days... in a bright and airy room and not the basement or lobby! Checkin and out was fast and easy.

Better lighting in the room ... found the lightbulbs on the lower wattage side and because the day was cloudy it was a little gloomy in the room. Difficult to read a book or newspaper. A discreet grab bar in the very generous shower stall would be a lifesaver...... shower floors are notoriously slippery and its easy to fall if you cant grab on something. A little background music in the breakfast room would be enjoyable.

The room had two huge beds, was clean and quiet (away from the main road).

Breakfast used single use plastic cutlery, cups and paper plates. For a Hotel in the price range (above $200/night), I would not expect to see disposal plates and cutlery. Not only is this environmentally inappropriate, but I expect to be able to use a fork that is strong enough (not made of plastic) that can pierce the skin of a breakfast sausage. I also didn't like being over charged for the room on check-in, but appreciate the credit reversal once the issue was raised.

Spaciousness and cleanliness of the hotel room. Nice breakfast included in the room rate. Thrilled with the free parking that had e-chargers for my electric vehicle. The rate to charge my vehicle was negligeable and easy to set up. Proximity to the Champlain Bridge leading to Montreal and also close to great shopping at the Dix30 shopping complex.

There were flood lights on the exterior of my hotel room window and because the blackout curtains were too short, they let in the flood light beneath the window that was not conducive to promoting sleep.

The room was big spacious and clean. Super comfortable. There was a sofa chair which I was so happy about because it helped me with nursing my baby in the night. The croissants at the breakfast were the best croissants I've ever had haha crispy on the outside and flaky buttery on the inside. A must try!! The waffles were very good too.

The eggs at the buffet were almost jello like, pretty gross. Wasn't super keen on the fact that it was all paper plates and plastic cutlery either.

The space was exactly as advertised. We love that it had laundry, breakfast on site and a number of little extras if needed like wine, special coffee and vending machines. The women in the breakfast room did an exceptional job with taking care of so many alone. Well done.

We were travelling with a handicapped family member and there was no implement for them to be able to shower with. Even a plastic chair would be a great help to those who need assistance.

Rooms were a good size and clean. The bed was comfy but the bathroom towels could def use an refresh or upgrade. . Free parking is a plus. Went on the busiest week so all the hotels were sold out downtown but this location was a quick Uber ride to all attractions. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. Finally the staff were friendly so no complaints from me. You get what you pay for and this hotel delivered.

The towels were old and thin.

Room served our purpose very well and the breakfast was great. We needed a location close to the city to pick up a piece of furniture. We traveled from Massachusetts to Montreal in one day and returned the next. Hence your hotel was ideal. Also, we were relieved to have secure parking for my son's truck.

I would never trash a hotel room and I objected to leaving money on the account on the assumption that I might do such a horrible thing.
