Staff were all over the top to answer any questions and needs, pool was clean and perfect temperature, room was clean, spacious and there were ice machines and vending on every floor. Location was perfect for any event near La Ronde. Plus parking is included.

I love bacon and eggs in the morning, the only down side was the continental breakfast had no bacon or sausages. Fruit was all fresh and coffee was great, Im just greedy for that real bacon and eggs breakfast.

The staff were excellent. When I asked to change rooms after the first night (because it overlooked a construction site) my request was seen to right away. Te new room was excellent and had a great view. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the wifi worked very well. I also like the abundance of USB plugs in lamps and by the bed. Lastly, the proximity to the Metro and ease of travel to Montreal was very handy.

Really the only minor thing was that the overflow drain in the bathtub was broken. But when I showed them a picture, they had maintenance come and repair it right away.

Breakfast could have been free. A little rude in the communications. Asked for a room to see the fireworks. They said they don’t face the fireworks (true, but the parking does) and “furthermore, the fireworks start on the 29th (we were staying through the 30th). Staff were friendly when we were face to face.

not everyone has data plan or QR code a bit far out & there was no info on how to get around if you don't drive or know the area - subway / bus info would have been handy no readily available information about local stuff like restaurants, meals and shopping or events happening in the area

The location was awesome. Right next to the metro. Also access to Tim Horton's for a convenient and cheap breakfast. Beds were comfortable and firm. Clean, with a good view of the river.

The cleaning service is only once throughout the 1 week stay. Should be more. The pool PH was not the best, and I doubted if it was checked regularly.

Location, so convenient being close to subway system. I appreciate that staff remained professional even though they knew we were there for a festival weekend. I’ve experienced attitude from hotel staff when they assume we will be loud and disruptive or make other assumptions. But all staff were respectful towards us. Loved how cold the AC in the rooms is.

Shower was clogged upon arrival, rooms were not cleaned once even tho we stayed for 4 nights. Had to ask front desk for clean towels and toilet paper.

Very close to the subway so easy to get into old Montreal. Breakfast was okay but expensive. Beds were comfortable.

Clean room with extra seating options. Large shower head. Drapes to block most of the light.

Confusing parking as a new guest. I was trying to use the main parking nachine, but you have to tap your hotel room key on the little device next to the main parking machine. I would have noticed it first if they put a large "Hotel" sticker on it. And the drop off box for your hotel key is not next to it.

Easy to check in, spacious comfortable rooms with nice beds. Fridge, microwave. Good bathroom, shower tub. Dry sauna and pool were great! Cool workout area. Very close to subway station that has several options for food if needed. Nice view. Good internet via Wifi.

Getting to the parking lot from main road was a little confusing, mainly due to some construction and bad GPS directions.
