I really liked the fact that pretty much every thing I could have needed was already provided such as laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, toiletries (except for lotion...), kitchen utensils, sugar, coffee, tea, even evoo mini bottles which was great!

There was a strong smell of smoke in the room even if I booked a non-smoking apartment. I guess the previous guests didn't care too much. They came to spray Febreze twice but it didn't do much since that's just an air freshener. I bought Lysol spray and sprayed it all over the place and that finally helped. I also didn't like that the TV didn't have local channels and you could only watch streaming channels, that is if you were subscribed on any (which luckily I am).

The room was good and clean yet they do not provide any kind of service.

The area has no parking places and the property staff did not advise how and where to park. The property owns couple of restaurants next to it and the parking next to the hotel is only for restaurant guests. After getting 2 parking tickets I decided to park in the restaurant parking space (again Restaurant belongs to the same property) and the Valet parking employee came to me before I parked and was extremely rude... he literary told me "I DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOU PARK HERE AGAIN OR ELSE".

The facilities that were available in the apartment were really helpful, extremely clean and very comfortable bed, room temperature was good too. It felt like a home to us. The location was also close walk to the main sites. The communication with the staff thru the app was great. A very secure area, with a lot of lovely reaturants, bars and cafes.

a lack of clear specific place to park, although its easy to find around. I still would recommend Sonder atbthe richmond.

Ease of entry to the apartment, sober, minimilistic look, super clean, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, essentials like tea and coffee sachets, sugar etc. were appreciated. Everything worked! Bathroom towels and bed linens are hotel quality, toiletries were provided. In fact the place felt like a hotel but more private...

Our room faced Richmond Avenue and the popular disco/dance venue made itself heard, until after midnight! Minor observation, small spots on the wall behind the toilet - simply needs wiped down, I'd say. Location is a little off the beaten track, but not far from dowontown, Once I figured out public transport options, it was no problem.

Very nice location in a lively area of Montreal with a lot of nice restaurants in the direct vicinity of the building. Brand new apartment building with a very nice and well equipped apartment.

The high tech check in was a disaster. The process of getting the code to enter the apartment got interrupted and then stopped working. Having no Canadian mobile phone the receptionist had to help us call the helpdesk of Sonder who also took some time to figure out what was wrong. In the end after about one hour we managed to complete the online check in and received the codes to access the place.

Excellent location, walking distance from great restaurants and bars in the area . 5 minutes walk from canal. Condo fully equipped functional small kitchenette, dishwasher, toaster, microwave. Living room with a comfortable sofa cum bed. Our condo had a great balcony view of swimming pool. In condo closet with washer & dryer. Functional gym on the ground floor. Our 10 days stay was great.

A lot of construction in the area , frequent road closures self driving is not easy. Sonders's did not have any manpower/ care taker onsite. Though we had a great view of the Pool , but we were informed by security that Pool is not for Sonder's guests.

The place itself was great, the location too. It was easy to get into the property and I didn't have to do anything to checkout. It was overall very convenient.

The only thing that could be improved is thjat the unit could have been better equipped with cleaning and cooking items (pans, rags, etcetera) to make better and more comfortable use of it.

Clean and had all the amenities needed. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Location was great - groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were available through chat on the app - answers were very prompt. My teenage kids did not complain about the comfort of the sofa bed, despite other reviews

Great location. The space was well-organized and spacious. An easy place to relax in.

There were a number of small irritations: The thermostat was not easy to change and so we were too warm at night. Two grey chairs around the table are starting to come apart. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock properly. I would have liked to have been warned that the pass code for our room was likely to be changed. Other people must have had the same problem because the door handle was loose from all the attempts to get in. This caused some concern when we arrived and required the help of the cleaners to solve. There was a need for a dishcloth to clean dishes.

The Unit was self contained. It had everything for a long stay. All the appliances, plates bowls, cutlery, cooking pots and pans.

There should have been a periodic cleaning, like once or twice a week. We stayed there for a month, but there was not cleaning by any housekeeping crew for the entire month, so by the time we left, the bathroom and kitchen was really dirty. We had to clean it ourselves when needed.
