I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and kind. My room had an amazing view, and I can't stress enough how comfortable the bed was. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. The hotel is right downtown, so even though it's a bit of a walk to the nearest grocery store, it's a quick walk to most central things.

As others mentioned, there's a kitchen to cook in, but very limited dishes and cutlery. I had wanted to bake something in the oven, and only realized on getting back from the store that there were no dishes for cooking in the oven. So something to note in advance. The air conditioning is also very intense, and you're not able to turn it off or control the temperature. But I unplugged mine and then it was fine.

heroin addicts all around the hotel area was very bad and we didn't want to go out in the evening. The television was not a smart TV and that I didn't undesirable. could not watch our Netflix or you tube because of that.the elevators broke on Sunday morning day we left and that was a big pain in the butt and the night before the fire alarm went off at 7pm when I was giving my 9 month old a bath and we literally had the go down 13 flights of stairs because you cannot use the elevator and it was raining and cold and my son was wet.i was pissed about that.

The location is fantastic. We walked to activities and took evening strolls to explore the area and discover new places to eat. It's also easy to drive or take the subway to other neighborhoods. The staff were lovely, and were always happy to help us in English. The room was good. Having a kitchen was convenient. It's nice not having to go to a restaurant for every single meal. It was very nice to have the laundry facilities at the hotel. We did a load of laundry halfway through our trip and it allowed us to pack less.

It's a very expensive area. The hotel suite was a good deal, but all the stores and restaurants around it are pretty overpriced. The hotel has a little store with snacks and laundry detergent and so on, and that's all pretty expensive, too. Bring dish soap and laundry detergent with you, or get some at the dollar store. There is a Dollarama nearby. The hotel was like typical hotels in Canada, but the toilet was a huge water waster and easy to clog.

All in all, quite happy with this place, fully equipped suite at reasonable price and central location. Several metro stations nearby, airport bus stops virtually outside hotel. Coffee pads provided for free, kitchen well equipped, large living room, two TVs, air-conditioning in bedroom, but window can also be opened. My suite was facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet.

Nothing worth mentioning (and I'm usualy rather critical).

The room had everything we could want. Full size fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave and stove with oven+ crockery and cutlery. The beds were very comfortable, and the location is great being opposite the 747 bus stop. There was also the free printing & wifi + the free laundry was very useful. We loved the market 3 blocks from the hotel. It was like a pub and food court hybrid but popular with locals. Amongst the many churches and museums, the fine arts museum has wonderful and playful exhibits like this mural with 3000 toys.

We found the air conditioner a bit noisy but it didn't stop sleeping. You could open the window but the area around the hotel was very noisy with the air conditioner off and the window open.

Great location and appreciated the staff's ability to quickly answer questions and offer suggestions. The room was very clean and the enjoyed the quiet location which was far from the elevators. Bed was comfortable and the wifi worked seamlessly regardless of how many devices were connected which helped when I had work to complete. The gym equipment was sufficient to conduct an entire routine and having water readily available is always nice.

The kitchen should have more than one knife, sharper knife would have been helpful, there was no dish soap or a sponge/dish rag, instead of one stool it should be two since people typically travel in pairs. One of the burners on the stove did not work. Gym was great but missing 10lb and 15lb dumbbells.

The location is great. Having a suite with a kitchenette is also a bonus. It feels like you have your own mini apartment. Clean rooms and helpful staff. We've stayed there three times this summer.

One time we got a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite, which was amazing. However the one bedroom did not have air conditioning and in the second bedroom the AC didn't work that well. We ended up having to sleep in the living room on a pull out couch... with a very thin and uncomfortable matress.

The location is excellent - the 747 bus to/from the airport stops right next to the hotel. Chinese quaral neighborhoods - all cafes/restaurants/bars/grocery stores and major attractions within walking distance, including the shopping area. The rooms are large, well equipped, and most importantly, you have your own kitchen, fully equipped with a large stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. It is a fully finished apartment at a low cost. We rented several rooms for a large work crew and were completely satisfied. Free laundry room with dryers is provided on the first floor! Great internet connection can work freely online if needed.

We had the right amount of space for a family of 4. The bedroom had a comfortable queen sized bed, our son said the pull out couch was comfortable, our daughter slept on a cot, she was comfortable as well. The kitchen in our room was well stocked with what we needed. The cleanliness was okay... lots of dust and spots that could use some focus. Parking available for a cost, heated and safe. The subway metro was close and easy to use.

There's no breakfast included. Even a cold breakfast at the price for this hotel would have been acceptable. Cleanliness could have been better, but it's a bit of a dated hotel. There's an extra 3.5% tax added to the prices for "tourism".
