Five mins walk to groceries, subway, shopping mall, palais des congres, place des arts, skating ring, restaurants, market and a minute walk to Chinatown. Bus to the airport is right at the door. Grosso mode, that hotel has a great location, reasonable price, comfy bedding, shower is clean, lot of storage, that stay is perfect for a single traveller or couple.

I'm annoyed by the dark hallway. It feels creepy at first but after days I am getting used to it... If you're a light sleeper well MTL is quite busy (police, firefighter, EMS alarms) day/night... Tv's on you just forget about it 😏

Location!

Limited housecleaning services-needs to place specific request with front desk for service. Chafed a early check-in fee ($30) which is something I haven't encountered before.

I loved the location, it was super central to downtown Montreal. The vibe was very modern chic. The room was small (as advertised), but I thought it was perfect as a solo traveller. The bed was extremely comfy, I loved all the hidden storage space, the mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. The bathroom was super clean too. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked me in (not sure his name but thank you!). There was a small issue with the drain stopper in the bathroom sink and maintenance arrived in five minutes and fixed it. Super happy I chose to stay here and will definitely be back!

A few chips in the paint here and there in the room that could look nice with a paint job

Location is perfect! The hotel is across the street from China town, and just an easy walk down the street from a variety of restaurants and shops.

I had to call daily if I wanted my room to be cleaned. I was told this at the time of check in. What was not said is that there is a cut off time for requesting your room to be cleaned. One day I called on or about 11am and I was told by a reception clerk that he was unsure if the cleaning crew was still taking request for room cleaning. After a long day of of kayaking and biking, I returned to an unserved room. Not the end of the world.

Super friendly staff. Parking and check-in were a breeze, which was very helpful arriving downtown after a long drive. I was able to park right off the main road right next to the hotel while I unloaded and handed my car off to the valet. The price of parking was exceptionally reasonable ($35CAD), and when I wanted to retrieve it, they told me to let them know 20 minutes in advance. It was ready when I got there, like clockwork. A lot of reviews said something about water temp/pressure; plenty of hot water and good pressure on 3fl. I really liked the closet/sink/fridge setup along the entry wall. Was nice to have a micro-kitchen setup in my room. Just a little too dark in that corner. I got a midweek deal and it was very affordable. However, I asked about staying an additional night and it would have been double/triple the price.

Lights in the room seemed dated. Color of bulbs didn't match, and too dark to be useful, but too bright to be mood-setting. Mattress was a bit squishy for my taste.

Location good for walking to the old port or for metro. We were on the 5th floor, with access to the deck (see photos for views). Loved the Free Walking tour and going in the underground, besides getting coffee/breakfast at Crew, La Finca and SAT. Eggspectation was okay.

Location on the edge of a very noisy neighborhood, but room surprisingly insulated (although Friday and Saturday nights were very noisy. Really missing having a REAL bar/restaurant on the property. The one there is lame.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was very easy to walk to many of Montreal's popular sights including Complexe Desjardins and museums. I also likes the space in the rooms and comfort of the beds. The front desk staff members are also very nice in person and are willing to help as they can.

I was there for four nights and my room was never serviced. I requested fresh towels and my trash to be taken out two separate times (once on my third day and again on the fourth day) and neither was ever done. The phones at the property also did not work and I was not able to call down to the front desk from my room or call the hotel property when I had questions prior to my arrival.

I was upgraded to a large room at check-in. It was on a low floor, but had exceptional windows and light. There was space for clothes etc. Clean. Contemporary design made best use of space. Small kitchenette hidden behind closet doors.

Policy of asking for housekeeping service the day before was confusing and inconvenient and didn't seem to mean much: I got housekeeping when not asked, and didn't get it when I did. There were not enough towels for two people

location is excellent

Pet friendly but guests leave their pets for hours (we had to deal with a barking dog until 2am)
