I liked our room. It was very comfortable and just what I expected. Bathrobes were lovely. Location was great for various needs - visiting family plus using Metro and buses to travel for some sightseeing. Parking was convenient nearby Staff were very helpful.

The elevator security card didn't always work so you went up and down a couple of times trying to get to your floor. The second room I rented was not as nice, although same rate. I requested same floor at reservation but that was not available. Also, we were not supplied bottled water consistently.

Good sized room. Convenient location in the center & right across from McGill. Nice set of amenities at the hotel. Liked the view from the window. Very friendly staff at the dining room. The desk staff is good as well.

It's time to invest in proper duvets or comforter covers at a hotel of this caliber. The comforter is sandwiched between two sheets, and you have to be mindful the entire night to ensure the sheets don't come loose and you don't touch the comforter. I doubt that it gets cleaned so proper comforter covers that many other hotels have adopted would be nice.

The hotel facilities were great, the room was absolutely fine - given the excellent price it was great value and the staff was lovely. The room service food was good and the atmosphere in the bar was lovely.

I had a room next to the elevator, and although we couldn't hear the inner workings, we could hear people as they waited and exited. And the view from the room wasn't great. Neither of these things really mattered though - it's only if I'm really forced to find something I didn't like.

Cleanliness, modern, easily accessible, location in the middle of downtown yet in a nicer area, proximity to many restaurants and shops, vast room, ok Mountain View, courteous hotel staff - especially the kitchen associate who delivered and picked up our room service meal, and especially also the parking valet who was all smiles and treated us amazingly even if we stayed just one night (e.g. turned on the heating seats before bringing up the car, the next morning, as it was in the low 20s F when we left). Did not have time to visit the pool or gym.

The very slow service at the cafe in the morning (they were down one staff member and the one who took first our order forgot our coffees and then mixed the plates with those of another table after 25 min… with only 5 tables busy!). Some added fees when the final payment came in but this is more likely a Booking.com issue. The room service food was excellent but overpriced for what it was. Skip the false “crème brûlée”: I got a solid, cold foamy egg mixture that tasted ok but had only a burnt egg skin on top instead of a rich soft cream topped with a layer of caramelized sugar… a deception. No printed room service menu - a lost art!

Great location to walk to Mount Royal & metro and Museum of Fine Arts. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Apples in the lobby.

BEWARE: Parking spot for EV charging had a low drop ceiling across the back of the spot. If you back into the spot completely with an SUV, your roof will hit the ceiling. If you use valet parking, warn the person parking about this. No USB charging ports in the rooms.

I loved the hotel, i will definitely come back. The staff are nice and welcoming, the location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, big windows, the selection of the room colors made the room feels warm and bright.

we had a super room with wonderful views. the staff were all friendly. the door man was very helpful- pointing out we could get a free coffee before hitting the streets (required with jet lag!), the bar food was tasty and the staff helpful

the changing rooms locked once cleaning staff left at 5pm and this was not clear so I had to find the cleaner and work out how to get into the lockers. this could be avoided by having large signs in the door and in the changing room stating the doors will be locked after 5pm

Location was good. Rooms are large, bathroom is also unusual large. Checking was fast and courteous. Small closet but enough for 2 days.

Air conditioner is very noisy!Rooms need serious TLC! Carpet is dated and filthy , except the bad - furnishing needs some improving. Popcorn painting on ceiling!?- looks very , very dated! For the reduced price was OK, but this is not a luxury hotel

Great location if you want to stay a little distance from the craziness downtown while still being in walking distance to everything. Our arrival was wonderful with excellent welcome from the man standing out front and the woman working the front desk (sorry i don't have names). My son loved his little welcome bag. The room was quite nice with fantastic views.

it would've been nice to have either some water bottles or a filtered water system attached to the ice maker in the hallway. we filled our water bottles at the gym though.

Omni Mont Royal was everything i hoped for and more. I am so grateful to have found such an inviting, beautifully clean, elegant, perfectly located and comfortable place to stay in Montreal for the five days we were there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I was tempted to stay in vieux Montreal but this place had a wonderful heated outdoor pool which you just don’t find in the old part of town, plus this hotel was only a few minute walk to the outstanding museum of fine arts. I also just loved the staff at the hotel (especially Rui the doorman!). Every single interaction was pleasant and of course the staff are all so intelligent and bilingual. Oh, and all the creamy marble and the shower jet in the bathroom pleased me immensely!! I wish i took photos to share! Merci beaucoup!! You’re the crème de la crème!

my only little complaints are the toilet paper was a little too rough and there was a bit of traffic noise but the noise was pretty faint as we were high up on the 26th floor so it didn’t bother me and with earplugs i couldn’t hear it. Also the shower control was a little tricky to figure out - might be good to have a sign to explain it.
