We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. The location was ideal so we could walk throughout the city to explore the various sights and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were fine, and there were plenty of evening dining options within walking distance all around the hotel. We got a taxi from the train station to the hotel which was a very short trip. Plus there was a very convenient bus stop just on the corner which allowed us to get on the low cost dedicated airport shuttle bus to the airport which runs every 15 minutes.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I had a conference near the Novotel and for this purpose the hotel was perfect. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The personal was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to a stop of the bus line from the airport and a subway station. It is about two 1.5 mile away from the old town: you can walk there, but it takes some time.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite expensive (25CAD). But, to be honest, almost everything is relatively expensive in Montreal, so that's probably a normal price there.

It was clean but the mini bar items were WAY overpriced. I feel it’s a bit abusive.

The parking. we had to pay $30 but when we entered the parking, there were no spots left and we got stuck at the bottom, in front of a brick wall, trying to turn around to go back up in hopes to find a spot which we finally did. we weren’t impressed. The staff should inform clients that the parking is tiny and they should check availability before charging people such a high amour. A discount for Hôtel guests would be the least. Also, ridiculous pricing at the O’ restaurant. I got charged for $5 extra to switch my fries for a mini scoop of rice ( which is on the menu with otter meal options). Don’t think we will go back there.

This is a centrally located hotel, an easy walk from Gare Centrale. The room was large, the beds super comfortable. Having a room-service option was great, and a nice way to spend a relaxing morning in the room over coffee and eggs. The room service attendant was really friendly and a genuinely happy guy! The on-sight indoor parking was a nice thing to have considering how cold it was outside. I'll be back.

Really all is good. I didn't think to ask if some of the rooms came equipped with a tub rather than just shower; I would have taken a room with tub if they had one. That being said, the rainfall shower was excellent.

The central location is great and close to everything downtown. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast but we did not partake as there are many restaurant options out and about in the city. The hotel is also very close to the Central Station (VIA) and two main metro (subway) lines.

Location was excellent, and the room was a comfortable location to relax after a long day of exploring the city. There was a good selection of choices available for breakfast and the room was well air-conditioned and clean. The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful, and we'd like to extend our gratitude to the whole team for making us feel so welcome in the city.

The shower pressure was poor and we would have preferred something with a bit more power. We had breakfast on one day and there were a lot of flies around the buffet which was offputting, and the food quality was a bit 'meh'. The room was reasonably comfortable, but I struggled to sleep on the first night as the pillows didn't have enough support for me and I found the mattress slightly too firm. I'd have preferred an empty fridge to a minibar as this would have given us more space to store our own drinks/water.

The room was clean and really spacious, making it feel very welcoming. Its location is also relatively convenient, especially when taking the airport shuttle to and fro (the bus stop is just 3-5mins walk away, which is really handy in winter). Aside from accessibility to the airport, it is just 5-10mins away from food and shopping options.

Had a little issue with the hotel phone when trying to call for room service, but it’s nothing too serious.

The location was spot on, easy walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go & the metro was close by. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked like it had great options. The check in was fast & easy. The underground parking is not made for a larger vehicle, very tight turning.

The cost of parking should be either included in your hotel cost or at least given to customers who stay at the hotel at a discounted price.

The hotel is in a very good position: downtown can be reached by walking and the Vieux Montréal is only 10 minutes by metro. My room was huge and the cleaning was always excellent. The bathroom was large and clean as well. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was available, but I did not try it (I could not resist the bagels at Kettleman just 3 minutes away on foot...).

The bed was super comfy, the front desk staff were very helpful/friendly, and loved how close the hotel was to all the things we had planned: walking, wining, dining, and shopping. The parking lot was convenient (accessible from hotel lobby) and we had no trouble finding a spot. Will definitely be back.

The room didn't have a dresser for our clothing, just a couple of shelves in the closet and a handful of hangers. While I liked the clean/modern lines of the room, I would have preferred more storage options so we could put our suitcases away.
