#1 Security: you can only get into the elevator with your room car. #2, the gym has really good view. #3: the security box is easy to use # 4 : very clean #5 : most of the stuff really nice but only one that was not professional. #5 locations: next to metro # 6 shampoo and body

#1: I didn’t get a two queen beds the first night when we arrived( even though l booked for two queen beds). They charged $25 for a rollaway bed. #2 : One of the front desk worker may needs more training, she forgot about me at all after telling me that the detergent should be paid at the front desk. She then walked away to servers other customers. At the end, she was the one that actually taking care of the cashier. Excuse me, but you should treat everyone equally! However, others stuffs were really nice overall m. # breakfast was a little pricey

the room was very clean and spacious. The shower was nicely modern and large to accommodate two persons at the same time. The location central close to the shopping area.

The price of the garage was too high (34.99 $ + tax) compared with the other garages in the vicinity of the hotel. In fact, they charge from 20$ to a max of 30$ per day (e.g. the Sheraton's garage, where we stayed in January, charges 30$ a day), The garage in Peel Street, even more central, where we normally go when we are in Montreal 20 $ a day. In addition, in the hotel's website is reported that the daily price for the garage is 29.0 $, which is a wrong information that we highlighted at the reception. The hotel's cafe was offering very limited products with almost no choice and the sitting area was uncomfortable and not pleasant.

Very modern hotel, large and clean room with everything you may need. From higher floors the view is breathtaking. On the last floor there is a swimming pool and sauna included in the price. The hotel is located in a perfect location where can reach and visit most of Montreal by walk. Staff has been very friendly with a check-in very quick. They require a deposit which is canceled at the check-out. They have also a restaurant / pub internally which is helpful if need a quick meal.

Not much really, maybe given the large room they could have taken more advantage of it. Nothing more that I did not like that I can think about. Recommend it

Room was clean and tidy. We were there for 4 nights and the room was fixed up on time each day. Nice view from the room. Bathroom was clean as well.

The wifi didn't work for the first two days. The computer system was down they said. For the same reason our check-in experience was long and manual. And for the same reason, we got a king size bed when we had specifically requested and booked a room with two double beds. They said that until their computer system came back up, they could not give us a room with two double beds. They also complained that the booking.com room description is not entirely accurate (not sure why they were complaining to me when they are responsible for it), as in they said a double room may not be a double room unless a double room was available.

Location was perfect for exploring Montreal and numerous restaurants. The bus from the airport stops virtually at the hotel. Room was a great size with everything needed including coffee machine. Kettle was provided on request. Reception staff were extremely helpful and were so welcoming. Rocia on reception was wonderful and made us feel really at home.

Nothing. All was exactly what we needed. Only regret is that we are staying in a different hotel on our return and can’t change that booking so that we can spend our last two nights in Montreal here.

Great location, spacious and very clean room, nice stuff, good facilities The restaurant on the property was very well, also the hotel provides coupons for free meals for kids, it was a very pleasant surprise

Even though the room had a small kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink), there were NO dishes. Only a couple paper cups. Usually, hotels with a great comfort levels provide plates, glasses for water/wine/coffee. It was upset to use paper cups when we bought a wine in the restaurant. One more small things, which I suppose can be improved super easy. We had 70m room, but there was only 4 clothes hangers

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! We originally booked this hotel because an Air Bnb host cancelled our reservation last minute. We booked a room with 2 queen beds for the 4 of us and the room was very big, with super comfy beds and pillows. Everything was extremely clean, and the front desk was always happy to bring up more coffee pods, towels, or anything else we needed to the room. The 24/7 mini mart in the lobby was very convenient and all staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

We liked the room very much and the bathroom was a great size. We all liked the beds very much and great nights of sleep. I selected this hotel because of it's location. It was great having the metro down the street. We found a great supermarket around the corner and found Kettleman's for bagels and coffee.

I can't say I didn't like anything about hotel, the only thing and this is so minor and would never deter me from returning, was size of the pool. I understand you can't build a great indoor pool within a hotel.

The hotel was about 20 minutes walking distance from a lot of the places I wanted to see. I really appreciated the eco-friendly policies including opt-out of daily room cleaning, which I took advantage of, and availability of room necessities upon request. Having 2 bottles of water for free everyday was very important for me and not the norm with other hotels. The place was very clean and the room was spacious with sufficient furnishings. My room had a panoramic view of the river and bridges, which helped because I was there for a week.

The hotel, unfortunately, is being overshadowed by new high-rise buildings that partially blocks the view of the river and the city. It is helpful that the swimming pool and gym floor has an open air portion to relax in.

The corner room had excellent views and natural light and was a wonderful size for three adults, one child/pre-teen. The bathroom in particular was a great size (I think we were given a handicap room which was part of why it was so large). The AC was wonderful (since we were there when it was hot).

We were unfortunately there during a time when the pool was undergoing maintenance and we'd been hoping to use it since it was one of the things we wanted to be sure was an option when booking. Not having it didn't negatively affect our stay but it would have been nice (the cherry on top, as it were – still a delicious sundae but missing the cherry).
