The location was good. The hotel was well decorated, and the staff was friendly. The view of the room was eye-catching, and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel had two main problems: 1. It did not have accessibility. So, it will be a disaster for people with difficulties in walking. Also, you have to grab your baggage with no help! 2. The ventilation system is too annoying. For those who are noise sensitive, this will be unbearably loud, keeping them away from sleep satisfaction.

Newly renovated clean room. Great view from the room. Comfortable bed. Clean and well appointed bathroom with multi jet shower. Fast elevators. Helpful reception. Efficient cleaning staff. Great location!

Parking…. You have to drive down to the 5th level that has no elevator. Up the stairs you go hauling your luggage to the 4th level to get into an elevator to the main floor. From there you still need to navigate around the building to get to the reception. I noticed few older folks rolling their suitcases up the car ramp to the fourth level. The worst part is that this info is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website or the email they send prior to arrival.

Hotel seemed recently renovated. Quite clean and nice and upscale compare to other Mariottes.

The parking was quite expensive for every 24 hours ($30) considering location is not right on down town and hotel could have a preference rate for their guests. Also they were putting 2 paper cups in each room per day. Either put china cups if you want to save the environment that we can wash them in the room and use them again or put more paper cups. Every time we wanted to have second cup, we had to call room service asking for more cups.

Almost everything was good except the parking was not very convenient.

The self- parking information is not clear , it is not unlimited parking even I paid for day-parking. Each time I drove out of the parking lot, I have to pay.

Locations, view, room were great!

The room was cold and we were not able to adjust the AC. The technician arrived fast and solved the issues. There was a free Wi-Fi in the rooms, but we we’re confused which access point to choose-the one with the room number or the other containing Marriott. This guidance should be printed on the room card or explained during check in. The room was well equipped with Nespresso machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, This works toiletries, but no ear buds or shoe polish cloth.

Great location. Most places walkable from here. The Metro station is right next door. The staff are exceptional. A special thankyou to Alisha in Housekeeping and Jad and Bernando from the front desk. We left our passports in the room and left for Toronto. When we realised - the above staff went out of their way to secure the documents and even drove 5 hours all the way to Toronto to safely deliver them to us. They are a credit to the Marriott Hotel.

Air-conditioning was a bit noisy - surprisingly for a 4 star hotel.

- They said they would bring a crib but never brought one. - Be aware that there is no pool. - Expensive parking - Some stuff are very RUDEEEE!!!

The views of the city from the room were stunning! You can see Mont Royal in the distance with downtown in the foreground. The location is really convenient for shopping and restaurants. The metro is very close if you want to go further afield, and the Old Town is only a 20 min walk away.

The breakfast is expensive. We just went to local cafes. We were only given bottles of water on the first day, and the tap water was warm and tasted horrible. Plus only decaf coffee for some reason. The shower was over the bath and not too strong. Being able to see the view from the top floor would have been great, but it's not accessible to the public.

The hotel is located in easy walking distance to many places. The room was clean and we had a nice view from our room.

Great location, room cleanliness, views from window.

Breakfast prices are too high from my point of view. We were family of 4. It looks like the room with two double beds mostly aligned with 2 people, but not with 4. It would be nice to have at least king/queen size beds in such case. One more thing to prove it => each day the service staff provided 3 towels, and the minimum of bath items at all. I suppose to have 5+ towels in this case.
