WiFi unreliable Noisy location

Location perfect for us. Staff wonderful and very responsive. Parking garage across from the hotel is much cheaper and has in/out privileges for 30 CAD every night. Room was quiet and relatively spacious. Nice pool and outdoor hot tub. Shower was great and bed comfortable.

Biggest problem was the horrifically slow WiFi (even with premium WiFi as a Warwick member) that caused us problems throughout our stay. Otherwise, starting to show signs of age with scratches, etc. Room had a hot plate but no cooking vessels (e.g. pan) until we asked for it. Coffee machine was broken but was replaced by staff quickly. Microwave was quite dirty but when front desk notified, someone came and cleaned it really well.

OMG, where do I start? This hotel is simply amazing. The staff are incredibly kind and professional. The day we were scheduled to arrive they called me to offer a free upgrade to a larger room. However, the bed situation wasn’t optimum for our group so I declined the offer. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they had upgraded us to a penthouse suite at no additional cost for the two nights we had reserved. The room was unbelievable! It was a rather large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and two full baths, a beautiful living room, fully stocked kitchen and a huge balcony with two entrances that wrapped around the corner and had an outdoor table, a couch, and two lounge chairs. The main bathroom was huge with a soaker tub, a bidet, and the best shower I’ve ever been in. It was the ultimate in luxury. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant or use the pool, but we did go look at it and it was lovely with a lifeguard and an outdoor hot tub. Both the pool and the hot tub were located on the 12th floor. There was also a dry heat sauna in that area. Down the hall was a very nicely appointed workout room. There is a spa also on that floor. This is a very tall building located in downtown Quebec and we had a lovely view of the down town area and Mount Royale from our balcony. It was magical! There is valet parking which was very convenient and cost about $57 Canadian per day.

super big comfy beds, spacious room and bathroom, high quality towels, bathrobes, bedding etc… Convenient location downtown. super nice and helpful hotel staff.

No breakfast buffet available. The only option is to go to the restaurant where you have to order from a very small menu and wait for ever for a very average and overpriced breakfast. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere after the first day. Rooms are very functional and big but lack charm. It feels more like a business hotel than one for holidays.

Location was good, close to maybe restaurants and shopping areas. About 20-30 minutes walk to Old Montreal. The staff was always smiling and welcoming. The Thai restaurant in the hotel was really good.

Housekeeping entered our room despite the 'privacy' sign. It was to leave some items we had requested. We appreciated that, but would have preferred for staff to respect the 'privacy' sign. Had shared this with the reception, but no one said anything about it later. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay.

The receptionist ( a guy) was very welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing; the word room doesn't do it justice. It was an apartment really. Just amazing. Had a few more interactions with staff (re wifi, sofa bed and air conditioning) and they couldn't have been nicer. The restaurant on the premises was lovely too, although I'm not sure if it's actually a part of the hotel. I was so sorry I was only dtaying for one night.....

Nothing; it was perfect.

spacious one bedroom suite. managers and staff are very friendly and they made sure we like our room (which we didn’t at the beginning because of the view). they showed us 6 different rooms and we finally found the one we loved the most. Everything we needed was in the room. So pleased that they had actual crib not the packnplay. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Close to every restaurant and shop you need in Montreal downtown.

Mini fridge was set at a temperature to have drinks cool yet not cold. Would have been better to have ability to change settings on mini fridge.

Warm inviting surroundings and friendly staff. Location and amenities (pool and hot tub) were a plus. Shout out to our valets!!! They were so friendly and attentive.

Hard to find anything negative to be honest. Had to ask the front desk for a bucket of ice as they don’t have ice on the floors or in suite. but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. This request was executed quickly.

The room was large spacious modern and clean; customer service was very attentive and helpful, location is excellent and the swimming pool/outside terrace with the hot tub are luxury icing on the cake :)

I had a room with the little kitchenet including hot plate. It would have been nice to have a small pan and skillet with utensils in the kitchenet without needing to ask for.
