Very accomplished had a very late check in & was given a late checkout to accommodate us so we didn’t have a long time period before catching a flight. The breakfast was phenomenal.

Wasn’t an issue for us but there were a number of private swimming lessons being held in the pool & a large group of well behaved teenage children were told not to be getting into the lesson area when all they were doing was coming down the waterslide, having fun & taking up a large area of the pool. Everyone involved was very respectful but wondered why lessons wouldn’t have been scheduled after 11 when most people are checked out.

The breakfast was good, the staffs working on the back was so nice, she made sure that all food containers were refilled. The location of the hotel is so accessible to all your needs, there's Walmart, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Ricky's, and everything. The pool is so warm, I love it. And I like the idea of using pieces of old towels for other purposes like wiping the spillage.

Just wondering why hotels nowadays don't serve free bottles of water.

From the wonderful front desk reception by Samim Kuma (complete with complimentary cookies from his mom), to the outstanding cleanliness of the room, facilities and hotel in general, I would highly recommend this Days Inn. I give a six star rating because five is not enough. All of the staff were outstanding and I made sure to compliment them i=on their work and terrific helpful attitude. We use the pool and hot whirlpool....so relaxing. Best stay ever!. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the coffee delicious. I literally can't say enough good things about the people and facilities at this hotel.

This was our third stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Regina Airport West and each stay has been excellent. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. While we didn’t partake in breakfast, we were impressed with the selection on offer. My wife enjoyed a morning swim most days and the pool area was well-maintained. For this stay, we had a ‘prairie sky view’ (facing south) which was a bonus! If you want a bit of exercise, there’s a very pretty ‘grasslands trail’ nearby with lots of prairie birds & other wildlife to see.

While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were a bit too ‘stuffed’ for our liking. It would have been great if there were a selection of pillows (at least ‘high’ and ‘low’) to suit different guests’ preferences.

Room was clean and neat. Staff were very friendly and efficient. They certainly helped to make the stay very pleasant. The location was excellent. Other than that the TV image was not good quality, very grainy, I would say that everything else was very good and quite satisfactory. I would be very satisfied to stay there again.

Some pretty wild kids in the pool Friday night. Myself and daughter left after 15 minutes cause of this. Not sure what hotel policy is but I don't think there should be blow up toys allowed in the pool.

Beds good. Breakfast kinda ho-hum but most hotel breakfasts are. We were given a very nice location on main floor.

There was quite a few lights not working in the room. Later on in the night there was a lot of noise. Apparently the cops had to break up a fight? I couldn’t find a cart when we were checking out. Great location when driving in from the west.

The hotel was very close to the airport and it was spotless. The front desk staff very very friendly and efficient.

I have no complaints about the hotel however they may want to get a different provider for their shuttle service. the Capital Cab driver was extremely rude and didn’t help me at all with unloading my luggage. He entered the hotel to get reimbursed for the trip and left me struggling with my luggage.

The beds were very comfy and the rooms were just the right size. It had everything a person ever needs to make their stay feel like home.

Conventional Breakfast - Wasn't enough options and coffee tastes horrible.

The room was very clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easy to get to from the Southland Mall where we caught the Rider transit.

There could have been more front desk staff at check in Time.
