Location, staff friendliness, breakfast

Thin walls and noisy guests.

The location is great! Generally safe walking around. Near Andino mall, Zona Rosa, and many restaurants. The staff is helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. Good value for the location. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good.

There is no heat, so most nights are on the cold side. Wifi throughout the hotel was poor. About 3 Mbps upload and download, enough for a personal video chat, but not great for work/zoom. My fridge happened to be on the blink. Hallways and rooms are slightly dated. For 2 of the 8 days I was there, the water system required maintenance, so there was no water for part of the day.

Very nice property, in a quiet street 2 blocks from Andino Mall and Zona T. Close enough but away from the noise to ensure a good night sleep. Big room. Very good value for money. Will come back.

While the common areas were perfectly clean, the room's could have been improved. This was noted to the management and they informed that measures will be taken.

I like the location and the staff was helpful and professional. It is on a residential area but very closed to many restaurants and shopping and entertaining areas.

A bit outdated. Breakfast could offer more fresh bakery options. There is a small light/fire alarm? in the ceiling above the bed that blinks every few seconds making you hard to sleep.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are of decent size, with a desk and a chair. There is also a coffee machine, however, I have not tried it. The breakfast is relatively standard, so you have a reasonable choice.

The rooms are not sound-proofed. You can hear what they are saying even from different floors. The rooms have NO heater and they are humid. The gym is just a training room. You need to ask for some of the food available during breakfast.

- Doors lack acoustic insulation. You can hear all the sounds of people walking and talking in the corridors. - Some of the products offered at breakfast didn’t feel of good quality... the taste was not the best (ham, cheeses, breads, cereals). - No air conditioner in the room!

Location was excellent. Very closed to all the night life, malls, etc. Breakfast was really nice. All that one needs.

Rooms not having AC. Even though Bogota is a weather cool city, at some points the room felt a little hot and humid. There was one night really hot. AC or a fan doesnt hurt to have.

The hotel is located in a really good spot, is easy to get into different good places around (restaurants, mall, shopping, coffee shops). The personal is so nice, and always attentive to give you the best service.

Even when the service was so nice, is kind of noise early in the morning. The cleaning staff start doing their job aroun 8 am on Sunday, when we wanted to rest little bit more. Also the our bathroom had a funny smell during the first night, but otherwise everything was so good.

the location is splendid

i have a problem with the room door (doesn't work properly) and apparently stay opened during the whole day after the cleaning of the room. affortunately no one try to enter de room.

Breakfast was great. Excellent location, walking distance from restaurants, bars and malls

Did not know the hotel didnt have A/C so we had to request a fan
