This hotel blew us away - it has a stunning lobby and could not be more ideally located. You are steps from the beautiful, historic streets of Old Town Cartagena, with everything about a 5-10 minute walk away. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, perfect for grabbing a drink or cooling after a long day of walking around. Though the room was on the smaller side, it had a massive king bed and was extremely comfortable.

If you are easily bothered by noise, this may not be the place for you. Because you are so centrally located, you definitely hear the music from nearby bars and restaurants late into the night. We didn't have an issue sleeping with headphones and ear plugs but it may bother others.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, with nice boutiques, bars and restaurants all around. Some tours leave from the dock across the street, so that was very convenient. Breakfast has limited options but delicious. The rooftop with bar and swimming pool were my favorite place!

The location was excellent. Very centrally located. Made it very convenient to be at walking distance to all our venues, as we were in town for a destination wedding. Loved that this hotel was near the police station. Made us feel very safe.

For the most part all was great. The only thing that we would have a small complaint, for lack of a better word……is there was no full length mirror in the room. Since we were there for a wedding, we were in need of a full length mirror to check ourselves prior to all our formal dress affairs. Also, the shower was not equipped with any hand rails, making it a little unsafe for older folks.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was my first solo international trip and, as a woman, I felt very safe and comfortable. Bonus points to the staff for making me feel cared for. Between Alejandra at breakfast, and the lovely bartender in the Inka bar area, I never felt annoying, rushed, or uncared for. The facilities are amazing, the hotel has a rustic charm but with updated features. The hotel is centrally located as well, so I walked everywhere and didn't need to take a taxi, except to the airport. The rooftop pool was AMAZING and the water was warm and inviting. I will certainly be back!

My sink and toilet were a bit leaky but it was fixed right away! I didn't have to follow up on this at all, which goes to show you how attentive the staff is.

Perfect location. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. Food was great, staff extremely nice, helpful, spoke English very well which made communication very easy. Best breakfast I've ever had included with stay. Will definitely go back again hopefully soon!

Elevator was small and hot but that's it. Everything else was perfect.

Very loud in the room, we had to sleep with earplugs every night - we think a combination of hotel rooftop music but also the location of the hotel in the middle of the going out street. Housekeeping only made up our room very late in the day. The shower had to be run for 5min until the water was warm and water pressure was low. Hair dryer was quite unpowerful

Staff very young with a basic english but at least they try hard. Room not so big but comfortable and clean.

Lift broken on last day and we were at the lat floor with luggage to move. Also the last night they did a bit roof party front 5pm to 2am and it was impossible to sleep all night sine we have the terrace roof really on top of our room. The worst was not the music and dance but when they stopped at 2pm the staff moved the furniture and clean until 5am making even more noise.

The breakfast was included in the booking price and it exceeded our expectaions. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be extra helpful at all cost and with every detail. The hotel was in a central location and within walking distance to everything we needed or a short taxi ride away.

The pool was closed early 2 days out of our 5 day stay due to booked events. This is the norm when you book at boutique hotles so be aware of this if you expect to be in the pool until late on your stay. rooftop bars and pools do gt reseved for special events, and hotel guests are then out of luck. Our room was on the same floor as the roof top bar so it was a little noisy at night, and also in the morning with the draggin of chairs. Nothing too unbearable as the room and bed were very comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The rooftop pool area and bar was lovely and a very nice spot to admire the views and relax after a day sightseeing. Good location for exploring the old town and surrounding area.

We had 2 rooms and 1 was noisier than the other. There were a few rooftop bars next door and the noise did seem to travel down the central open atrium of the hotel so if you had a room here you can hear music long into the night. The other room we had was not on the atrium and you could not hear music. Earplugs solved the problem for us.

Comfortable and spacious room with well-appointed shower and bathroom facilities, an excellent roof terrace with pool, jacuzzi, and lovely views across the roofs of Cartagena. Tasty restaurant food, good breakfast, and stylish reception area. Also, in a great location right off the square.

Restaurant service was a little slow and muddled. Noise from the hallway travelled into the room since it was opposite the lift.
