Great location in Poblado but not right inside of the party zone; very friendly and helpfull staff, since I had to leave very early morning before breaktfast hours, they prepared some sandwich and fruits for take away; spoke English well; room is decorated in a nice way with reading lamps and everything

In my opinion its still overpriced; room was equipped with a smart TV but not connected to the Internet, so kinda useless

The staff is amazing - very friendly and helpful. The room was small and cute - the "patio" was not quite outside, but more of a kind of solarium but did offer natural light and some fresh air. The shower was hot, wifi good. Restaurant nice to spend time in and good food and coffee.

Ok, for the price - seriously, provide more than two small bottles of generic soap. Some shampoo and conditioner. Provide some shelving for people to organize their clothing, not just some hooks with 4 hangers. There was nowhere, I ended up keeping my bags on the patio as if they were in the room I would be tripping over them.

Super friendly and helpful staff! the room we got was a bit small so we asked if there was anything else, after the first night we moved to a bigger room with a balcony, really nice to relax a little after hitting town before. Also check out the places opposite of the hotel for great lunch options!

The hotel is absolutely lovely. old style feel. We had a massive room with super size bed. And wardrobe! First room we have had with one. Our huge balcony looked over the breakfast area facing inwards. The location is amazing. Right outside old town walls. You get a great view from rooftop. Pool is great, not massive but we were the only ones there. Service also great. Plenty of sunloungers and chairs.

The building is between 1 derelict building and 1 construction. The workman are right there when you are on the roof! Not hotels fault but some people might not like a big crane to look at! Didn't bother us. The breakfast was somewhat bad. Fruit was fine. That's about it!

We stayed in a king room and the bed was huge, the bathroom was nice too although it did get a bit damp. The rooftop was really nice although you have to book in to use the jacuzzi. Breakfast was huge and the staff were lovely. We were able to check in early which was great after a long journey. Location was great on a really nice street in a good area. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

I’d seen photos of the balcony before I booked and I knew it was internal to the building so it wasn’t great to sit out on. The walls were really thin so we heard lots of noise from the corridor and the rooftop, although we did stay on a weekend in Medellin so you should expect some noise. There was also some confusion about us checking in and we were asked several times if we’d checked in despite being in the hotel for two days. It was quite expensive for Medellin.

The staff was great and the location was tops. Breakfast was delicious and filling, leaving us geared up for long days exploring Medellin. I can’t stress how amazing the staff was.

The main thing was the room ventilation. There was only one window facing the staircase and hallway, so it was difficult to have the curtain open to allow air in without exposing oneself to anyone coming up and down the stairs—or just allowing anyone to watch us sleep. The main fix would have been having a powerful fan, but the fan offered was a simple desk fan. It hardly made a dent. While Medellin isn’t exorbitantly, with no ventilation we would come back to a stifling room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was awesome with a small walled patio looking at the mountains. The breakfast here was our best of all our trip. Location is amazing, cause you are within walking distance to calle 10 where are dozens of restaurants. Metro El Pueblo 10 minutes walk. Always someone at the reception was very helpful as well.

The January period was extremely rainy in Medellin and there was some mold at the edges of some walls in the room.

Breakfast was excellent! The room was small but the decor was nice and everything was clean, although any cleaning or maid service after check in came at an extra charge. Everything is well maintained, plenty of hot water, etc. The security is also excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is someone at the desk 24 hours for whatever you need.

The room was really small, very difficult to move around, little room for luggage, etc. There was an additional charge for everything, Credit Card (5%), maid service, refills on coffee, etc. There was a small open space outside the room that was an echo chamber for the bar above and the kitchen below. Therefore, it was a bit noisy for my liking. The bar shut down at midnight and the kitchen started up at about 6:30, it was nice and quiet in between times, so you can get some sleep.

The location was great. Plenty of great restaurants in the area, area felt safe, and staff helpful with organizing cars and activities. When I come back to Medellin I will be staying at this hotel.

Not all of the rooms have AC but the staff was helpful in bringing a fan to the room. Other than that the staff was wonderful.

The location, definitely close to all the cafes, restaurants and bars in El Poblado.

The rooftop was not working, as well as the pool. Breakfast starts only at 7:00. Two from the fours days we stayed we didn't have breakfast because we went on a tour to Guatapé and because our flight was early. We were not offered a box breakfast or at least early coffee. The room was very very small
