We were welcomed by a nice lady that showed us the appartement. It is a medium size apartment- one bedroom, with an beautiful seaview to Sunset beach. In the living room is a small kitchen with dishes, cutlery- to help you cooking something if you want to eat indoor. The sofa and the queen size bed are very comfortable. There is a plenty storing space- a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a boiler that gave instant hot water. The beach is reachable by the stairs situated on the left side of the building- 5 minutes. Getting back it is a little bit challenging- 160 steps. The bus station is very close, oposite the Sunset beach. Bus no 4 is for Old City.

The property was a good base for Dubrovnik City with a 15 min bus trip and the nearby beach had plenty to offer. Diana was friendly and helpful.

We booked a room with a garden view but unfortunately there wasn’t one, we had a seating area outside our door but it was a main thoroughfare. The other rooms in the property had a kitchen and balcony and these would have been better if staying for a few nights offering, better value for money. The number of steps (164) to the beach and bus stop should have been mentioned in the property description.

The location was good. You can easily get the Old town by bus #4. It is direct line to Old town Also, you can get nice promenade along the sea with views of ocean, mountains, islands and 5 star hotels by walk Also, there is grocery store in walking distance The room was spacious. The WiFi worked excellent. No any noise from the street. The TV has English, German and Croatian channels. The furniture in the room was OK. The bathroom was OK too There is another room with kitchen. It is even better than I was It was good budget stay in Dubrovnik which I expected The host was nice and professional

Loved the view from the place, and the proximity of the beach, bus stops, and stores.

I wasn't really thinking about all the stairs we'd need to take to get to our apartment if we don't take the car, but it didn't bug us that much since it was a short trip.

Awesome owner. Comfortable and good location (10 mins by bus to the Old Town). Between 9 and 10. 10 thanks to turtle "excursion" we got for our kids, which they really enjoyed.

TV was working only partially, but maybe could have been fixed. We were there for 1 night, so we didnt try. Looked like problem with anthena or cables. Noise from upstairs significant. You can hear everything their (presumably) dog is doing there.

Proximity to the beach was excellent straight down the stairs and you were there. Our Host was excellent and gave us tips for things to visit. Room was clean and had good storage. Acess to Lapad was great . Getting back up the stairs was difficult in the beginning but by the end of the stay we had mastered them even at 35 degrees!!

Absolutely spotless and well equipped. Nice sea view. Closed to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Diana the owner is a star.

I would put the shower head higher than where it is now (half body hight). To get to the bottom of the road you have to go down 164 steps but we found an alternative route much convenient with a pram especially on the way up ☺️

Madam Diana is such a nice host. My flight arrived late in the evening and she waited for me to check in. The next day, she even invited me to her house, and show me the fantastic view of Lapad beach from her balcony. The room is decorated very comfortably. Her place is also very strategic. Not too far is a bakery and a bus stop to bring you to Old Town. I absolutely love her place and her hospitality. Thank you so much Madam Diana.

The host was very friendly, we had a lovely chat together. The apartment met our expectations, it was clean and comfortable with a parking space for us. The location was great only 20 minutes away by public transport because in Dubrovnik better use public transport then your own.

It was in a brilliant location for easy acess to the beach, an easy 15 minuite bus into the centre. Lovely balcony, comfortable room. The host was really funny and accomodating, allowed us to check in early as our plans changed and overall very welcoming.

Bathroom smelt of mold. Was really quite bad in which progressively got worse despite the ventillator being on. Noises could be heard from above the ceiling and in the walls of some kind of burrowing animal.
