Pool was great, fantastic views and its not really on the roof top as the apartments are set down hill, good to know when you have kids! Delux family 2 bed apartment is really nice with great big terrace. Good location to beach / shop / lapad and bus is just outside.

Apartments have lots of steps, if you have mobility issues. Walk up / down to shop / lapad - up / down hill, its fine, but if your planning to visit Old town regularly, its a bus ride or uber/taxi. Lapad restaurants are expensive like the Old Town, especially drinks. Shame as it is a lovely holiday resort.

Villa Antea Apartments exceeded all our expectations. We were greeted glowingly by Ivo and were informed of all the best things to do with our times including all the little tips and tricks for our stay – along with some complimentary brandy ;) Additionally to this, we accidentally booked the checkout time wrong which could have been devastating, but the staff made sure we were looked after and managed to get an extra stay in one of their other fantastic rooms. 10/10 Will definitely stay again.

I'm really racking my brain to find something, but I just can't. Everything was perfect. there's not a thing I would change about this place. I hope it never changes!

the location is great and the staff is even better. the host (owner?) was there to greet us before 11am and gave us a tour around the hotel. he also helped us with a rental car and even pffered to take us to the city with his own car.

it’s an old building and there was mold in our apartment as well as ants. The staff did clean it and put paint on top of the mold and it wasn’t smelling, and we didn’t get any symptoms.

Wonderful host Ivo offered us homemade beverage and snack just at the arrival and gave apartment very cozy with all needed accommodation, AC included, bathroom very modern, very nice terrace and amazing swimming pool at the top of the building with incredible view. Not really in the city center but bus stop to the city center at less than 100m and few nice restaurants and beaches at 10 minutes walking distance. Parking free and Ivo allowed to stay beyond check-out to enjoy the pool. Very recommended :)

The property is located outside the Old City in Lapad. It was convenient bus ride into Pile Gate( 15 min ) that runs every 10 min. It’s close to Sunset and Copacabana Beaches. Ivo was a great host. Especially great was that they provide laundry service at reasonable prices. (And seriously who wants to do laundry on their vacations). Nice patio in our unit. Pool was nice for cooling but not deep enough for swimming. It was close to a convenient store for provisions. I would recommend this place.

Villa Antea is strategically located in Babín Kuk, just 100 m from the bus stop (10 minutes from the center) and has a beautiful view from the pool to the sea.. the accommodation is nice, clean, equipped even for those who want to cook. And the best is Mr. Ivo, who welcomed us very nicely and explained everything about visiting the city, restaurants and the beach. We definitely recommend it to everyone!

it would like a screen for the shower, the water from the shower was all over the bathroom

The pool was great and had an amazing view over the bay. The room was spacious and the bathroom freshly renovated. Staff was friendly.

The floors were dirty and our baby had blackened knees and hands the first days exploring the room.(picture is of the second day) The ceilings had some holes and damage in them.

No breakfast but small bakery just down the street. Small fridge with an icebox and cook top in room for making a snack.Beaches within walking distance and bus stop 100 meters away. Very friendly staff. No reception but always got a quick response using WhatsApp.

We had too much luggage and stairs hard to maneuver. Could use more cupboards for clothing. Some things need replacing: ice tray broken, electric kettle filter ripped.

The infinity pool on the rooftop had an amazing view. Ivo was super helpful and made us feel welcome at the apartment. He solved any issues we had quickly, such as our TV remote not working, and gave us useful recommendations. The apartment was walking distance to the supermarket, bus stops, beaches and bars. We had towels regularly changed by the cleaners. The family room was a great size.

The cleaners left our apartment door open on one day after cleaning the apartment but nothing was missing and the staff were very apologetic after we reported this.

quiet, clean, small but gorgeous pool. easy access to the city by bus; functioning air conditioning, beds very comfortable, spacious apartment for a family of 5!

people may see no cafe or bar on site as a disadvantage
