Alen was a really good host and made sure we were well looked after. The people in Dubrovnik were helpful, kindly and friendly. The apartments were nice- clean and well equipped with two toilets and two balconies so plenty of space for a family. Alen organised some trips for us and gave us a lot of helpful information at the start of the holiday. The apartment is in a great location- we walked everywhere and bought the Dubrovnik pass( great value for money if you aim to use the bus and see a few sites) the apartment is near to a lively promenade with nice restaurants and the restaurant right next door called Solitudo is excellent. Food was delicious. Kids ran down to the beach for a sunset swim at night. Overall we had a lovely holiday and there was something for everyone. We were all sad to leave! Temp 29 every day. We visited the old town on three occasions, walked the wall(amazing), Red History museum, blue cave tour on a boat for half day, gallery of modern Art, war photography museum and visited the Buza bar where before I could stop him my son joined in with the locals and jumped off the cliffs into the beautiful sea! A few things we didn’t fit in and the old town is full of expensive tourist tack but we really enjoyed it none the less! A great place.

Taxi prices are high- £65 to the airport but this seems to be just what the fare is. Alen was again very helpful with this. There really wasn’t much to complain about. We all loved the place, the apartment and the culture.

Our apartment was large and clean with 2 balconies, well equipped kitchen and 2 toilets; essential when traveling as a family! The area is quiet at night and within easy walking distance of the supermarket, beach bus stop and the restaurant area I think known as ‘the promenade’. The pool is a decent size and provides a welcome cool-down dip. The a/c worked fine too. The best thing about staying here was the host, Alen. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was happy arranging taxis, providing extra towels and he even hung out washing for us whilst we were out. We took up the offer of a basket of food, milk, egg,bread etc, which was very convenient. Alen is a top bloke who made our stay a relaxing and pleasant one.

Our host Alen was amazing - very kind, approachable and helpful; can't thank him enough for his assistance during our stay and organising our taxis to and from the airport. Overall the accommodation was pleasant, with a good location that was quiet but close to a local store for groceries, easy access to the bus and about a 10 min walk to the main road and beaches. Having a pool during the heat wave was a very welcome commodity. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We were gifted wine and snacks upon our arrival which was a nice surprise.

The shower could be a bit stronger and unfortunately the Wifi was slow and did not reach the whole apartment. While the proper beds were comfortable the sofa bed was less so.

Location was excellent, ideally situated for our needs. Alen was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any queries or requests. The complex had a relaxed, easy, friendly feel about it. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved having the balcony to chill with a beer or a glass of wine. The welcome pack for €25 was great and well worth the value.

Good location. Nearby bigger Cobacabana beach and some smaller rocky swimming spots, shops for grocerys, nice walking routes and center of the Lapad/Babin Kuk area. Alen was really nice and helpful! Children loved the pool and the apartment was overall good and comfortable for our needs.

There was little bit dust/dirt in apartment (mainly bathroom) and some ant issues but we solved them. Some poorly washed pans and cutlery in the kitchen when we arrived. Maybe not checked after previous customers?

Place located a bit off the city but close enough, within a walking distance to Copacabana beach and close to the bus stop that brings you to the Old Town. Apartment well equipped, comfortable beds, quiet place. Host - Allen, friendly and responsive.

The apartment was a bit smelly. It must be a cigarettes smell after the last occupants. We do not smoke, so we felt that pretty quick.

We stayed in one of the lovely large 2-bedroom apartments in a block of 12, overlooking the bridge and waterway. Extremely clean & well maintained, with a range of kitchen appliances and glass/crockery. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Easy to get around by local bus, walking or Uber. 10mins walk to beach area, with many restaurants around (including a good one next door). Pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Everything was great.

A really relaxed setting with everything we needed in the apartment. Alen was an excellent host who was happy to arrange anything we needed like a taxi with the right size car seats for our 2 and 4 year old but also happy to leave us to go about our excursions.

The pool was a definite plus...although a little chilly at first. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and well laid out. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and the harbour is a short stroll (bit hilly) as is Lapad promenade which is beautiful Alen was very welcoming too and helped euth any questions we had.

The toilet flush snapped on the last day (quickly sorted by Alen. There ciild have been more large towels (1 per person would be useful). Don't expect any English TV channels.

We stayed in Villa Erna for 2 weeks. The location is good- bus stop to get to old town not too far, 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The property has a small pool which was excellent for kids or to cool down when sunbathing. Allen is a great host- very friendly and helpful. We are probably one of few people who preferred Sunset beach to Copacabana. The cleaning lady was also very nice.

The WiFi inside the apartment is very weak. The bathroom in our apartment could do with some TLC- there was some black mold around the shower and the shower tray was draining very slowly.
