Pervanovo Apartments

I would like to leave a review about our superfine stay in Pervanovo Apartments. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have been amazed by such a first-class quality of the service provided. It was our first visit to Dubrovnik, and I have to say that according to all criteria — location (proximity to two beaches 6-7 minutes walk), the district itself (calm, but there is activity for everyone), friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room — the hotel gets 10+ out of 10. In our apartments we had EVERYTHING we needed: 2 rooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a bidet + excellent washing machine a kitchen (with a dishwasher and small things like pepper, salt, coffee creamers), as a bonus — a gorgeous terrace with an amazing sea and mountain view, where we could enjoy watching big ships. On the terrace there were chairs, umbrellas, a table — everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to thank the hotel managers who were in touch with us for every request we had, organized a round-trip transfer, met us on the day of our check-in and explained everything in detail :) Of course the sea is worth a special mention! The sea was clean, comfortable temperature and calm. The nearest beaches are not overcrowded, and that was an important point for us. It’s so good that in September we were lucky not only with the vacation, but also with this hotel :) We hope that we will be able to come here more than once!

Modern, clean and spatious apartment located on the hill side on north outskirts of Dubrovnik (easy 20-min bus connection to the town center). Seaside view, quiet place, few people and well-equiped appartment, dishwasher, waching machine and stable wi-fi included as well as free parking. Nice and friendly staff, competitive price - would recommend to rent!

Well, hillside - you have to climb a bit on good road, not difficult but mind the exersize :)

The 2-bedroom apartments were great and the kitchenette was well-equipped. It was lovely to have a balcony with a table to have breakfast and lunch outdoors. The nearest beach was an easy 5 min walk. We could have used buses but Ubers were very affordable for our group and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet, v clean. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend.

Felt a little off the beaten track but cheap Ubers meant that wasn't really a problem. The supermarket was about 10 mins walk.

Very clean apartment excellent location the view is stunning It Gave the impression of a Grandma's flat which we really liked also all the facilities were Excellent. I would stay there again also the connections and communications with Erica were very smooth clear and to the point. The location is near the beaches and bay. Very confettible parking spot.

The staircase -2 levels although not that bad because it was quite comfortable climbing them n

As a group of bikers touring Croatia this accomodation met all our needs, the host was very friendly and welcoming it also has private parking and kitchen facilities to sort a breakfast out if req. This place has heaps of room and was exceptionally clean, ... a good 15 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to a chemist and supermarket but for the price was perfect for us. Thankyou Neil.

Brilliant location for Dubrovnik, great view near beach and water park on water. Beautiful quiet area with parking and loads of restaurants within walking area. Bus 5 minutes walk €2 to city centre. The apartment was fully equipped with dishwasher and tablets, washing machine and shower gel. Was well informed when met at apartment on all revelent info. Apartment owned by hotel group. Replied promptly on questions.

Very clean and spacious apartment, fully-equipped, extremely comfy beds and pillows, quiet neighborhood, the communication with the managing team was great, very welcoming and friendly staff in the reception. Beaches of Lapad are within short walking distance, small markets, pharmacy and a bakery nearby. Uber to the old town costs between 42-55Kuna depending on time/demand. I would certainly stay in this place again.

Great view and bright open concept. Unit was immaculately clean. Second bedroom upstairs had bathroom as well. Free parking was great to have. Uber was only 9E to Old Town which is far less than parking would cost and less stress as well!!!

It was very dark at night to climb the outside stairs to unit. Motion sensor lights would be great.

Climbing 2 sets of stairs with suitcases was a challenge, but the facility is very conveniently located to visit old town, which is a bus ride away. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything, and messaged us that we had forgotten stuff when we checked out. They organised for us to collect it after hours. Thanks very much.

Large, nice apartment close to Dubrovnik centre, but still in a quiet, less busy area. Great to have a washing machine. Nice and helpful staff, check in and check out was easy and quick.

Just a small note - maybe a bit lacking in kitchen equipment. A new pan with lid and a couple of smaller knives would be very nice.
