The apartment is located quite centrally in the old town. It was clean, neat and spacious. I quite like the shower because it was very spacious with high water pressure. Petra was very helpful when handing over the keys and provided quite good restaurant recommendations. It was perfect for my stay in the Dubrovnik

Since it’s located in the centre if you open the windows for fresh air it can get quite loud. However when the windows are closed you don’t hear much of the noise and it definitely doesn’t bother your sleep.

This place is in a great spot and super easy to get to. You won't have to go far to find all the stuff you need. And let me tell you, our host was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfy. She was so friendly and gave us some awesome ideas for things to do during our stay.

location of this place is right in the middle of all the commotion. That also means it can get pretty noisy at night and in the morning. It's a popular spot for tourists, after all. The hot water tank is pretty small. So, if you're a couple and want to take separate showers, you might run out of hot water. Just a heads up.

Loved everything about this fab little studio. Clean, well equipped, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Coffee, tea etc provided. Right in the centre of the old town with restaurants literally on the doorstep and a supermarket round the corner. The host, Petra, was very friendly and welcoming. Sent us directions via WhatsApp and also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Dubrovnik itself is gorgeous but very expensive so take plenty of money!! Would definitely recommend Sudio Apartment Lumia.

Loved everything

The apartment is in a fantastic location not too far from Pile gate with only a few stairs to access the property and only 1 flight of internal stairs, right in the middle of the old town just off the main walkway. As we were travelling for 6 weeks we had plenty of luggage so it was important that we didn't have too many stairs, and this place didn't, thankfully. The apartment has a small kitchen that has everything you need. The bed was nice and comfortable and the air con worked great. The bathroom was smallish as per most apartments in Europe, but functioned well. Definately recommend this apartment.

We had to pay cash on arrival. Through booking.com, the apartment uses a 3rd part company called Direct Booker. They block the amount on your credit card, which was a little frustrating until we arrived. We only met a representative from Direct Booker on arrival to let us in. It would have been nice if they informed us that payment by cash was required on arrival.

The apartment is super-cute, cosy and clean. The location is great, only a few steps from Stradun and the crowd, but the street is quiet, so you can still get a goodnight sleep after being around all day. The hosts are very pleasant, offered us modified check-in/check-out times to meet our flight-schedule. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful, comfy and clean room at a perfect location in the heart of dubrovniks old town. Petra has taken care of us on our vacation in dubrovnik. She is very friendly, has shown us great restaurants and we could ask her anytime if we needed something.

Great location. Great guidance on the city. Excellent arrival briefing.

The lighting could be improved. Both of the main lights are at the "yellow" end of the spectrum. "Whiter" lights, like the ones over the sink and in the nook (think happy thoughts), would make the small space more comfy.

The apartment has nice size and facilities. The location in the center is quite good and the host was really nice.

Nothing. I saw some reviews talking negatively about noise, as some bars are behind the window; we were there out of high season and we didn’t heard any noise.

Super nice person is renting this place. It is on old town. Not very many stairs up (wich is common in Dubrovnik )
