Lovely little (we had the downstairs apartment for 2 people), well equipped apartment in a great location. Very clean, with a small terrace and pool area with sun beds and table and chairs. Situated opposite Gruz port, with lots restaurants and bars within waking distance. I highly recommend eating in the owners restaurant below, the food was fabulous! We had breakfast and dinner. Bus stop into Dubrovnik just across the street, which takes about 8 mins. Other bus tours for more exploring. Uvala Lapad is in easy reach, as is Cavtat. I would highly recommend visiting they both are very pretty with lots to do and see day and night. There are plenty of boat trips to choose from - Ivana will be more than happy to make suggestions. Croatia is a beautiful country with plenty to see and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again or recommending the apartment.

Lovely apartment, spotless clean,lovely Terrrace area with swimming pool, In excellent Location accross Road from Marina & Main Bus Station is 2 minuet walk, lots of Boat Trips go from here These apartments are family owned & very well taken care of, a family member met us & helped with our Luggage, Excellent wiFi included, Kitchenett well equiped even had sandwich toaster, There is a restraunt too & a Fruit/Veg Market daily outside the apartments,also Bakery a minuet walk away, Few supermarkets close by, staff fantastic noting too much trouble. Karla speaks perfect English was always available to assist us with info on bus,,Trips etc. , We went on full day trip to the 3 Islands with "Regina Maris Debrovnic" It goes from Lough 12 litterly 2 min walk from apartment, also went on Day trip to Montenegro by coach pick up was the 2nd bus stop across road on harbour side/ All in all loved our accommodation, The lovely welcome from the hosts, Would highly recommend

The location is perfect - opposite a bus stop, 5 mins from port and 10 from the bus station. The room is small but perfect with a well equipped kitchen and excellent shower. The set up with a cupboard of spare linen, toilet rolls etc is such a good idea. The cafe staff really helpfully asked for an early check in for us, which we absolutely hadn't expected, and it made a massive difference to the limited time we had. There is a good reason why these are booked out months in advance - they are incredible value in a city where just breathing seems to cost money!

Absolutely everything. Tue rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean. Super comfy bed and power shower. The pool was spot on right size for a dip. The staff were one of the best I have experienced. The owners could not do enough for us. The restaurant has class food at reasonable prices with percentage off for staying customers. We will definitely be back thank you Karla Ivana and all your wonderful family. A beautiful boutique hotel/apartments in a stunning Area on the cruise port. Use Uber for old town etc very cheap.

The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need. A few pantry items provided, plenty of towels plus extra if needed. Olive oil soap provided was lovely! Nice pool area with sun most of the day. Close to the water with nice views. Great hosts and smart tv.

Most evenings where quiet however it can be quite noisy during the weekend, there is a lot of music from restaurants etc even across the water. The pool wasn’t filled, it was written on the about info however we did miss this so it was our fault however it was a shame.

This apartment is in a great location. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop literally across the road with buses running frequently to many locations. It’s a busy area but lovely and quiet within the apartment. The restaurant it is part of is also really good. We arrived at least two hours before check in but our apartment was ready and we could get in. The family in on hand if anything is needed, otherwise we were left to our own devices. You have everything you could need, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfy.

Great location, a ten minute bus ride from the old town, and right on the bus route too. Great outlook from the room too. Lovely little space outside for a dip in the pool, an afternoon in the sun or an evening calm down. The owners were very helpful, explaining the local buses and the boat tours from just across the street.

Watch out for the edges of the bed when going to the loo. Beds a little firm for me. I'd like to see a toaster if I was staying longer.

The apartments were beautiful, I arrived and met the owners downstairs at the resturant, check in was very easy. I stayed in the studio apartment which was perfect for a solo traveller. The kitchen had everything you need, it felt like a safe area and the pool was great for a refreshing swim. I really liked the location, its a 35 minute walk into the old town and it's away from the huge crowds. There are local buses close by. Highly recommend.

The only downside was noise of other guests. My apartment was right near the exiting door for all guests and a few times another guest entered or exited and slammed the door late at night/early morning and woke me up.

Location was great, right along the port and a short distance between both the old town and lapad when grabbing an uber as these were very cheap in comparison to local taxis. The apartment was quite big and fully equipped, towels were available for use at the pool as were sunloungers and deck chairs. The hosts were great and available should we have needed them. The apartment sits on top of a restaurant downstairs which was very good and the staff there were fab.

We stayed for 9 nights, the booklet with information on the apartment stated there was an additional charge for cleaning of the apartment at €10 if you stayed for longer than 7 days, which we did, so we had expected that it would be cleaned/fresh bedding/clean towels however no one came, so we were disappointed with this.

Very nice apartment , very friendly staff , great location, easy to get about . Very clean and pretty well equipped.

Sometimes the shower was cold , which we wouldn’t have minded if hot but it was raining and chilly . They need a colander, and something to turn over eggs with and better frying pan ( non stick ) as when it was raining we chose to cook there .
