- very nice and helpful hosts, - large terrace with a beautiful view, - comfortable bed, - very close to a beautiful beach, bus stop and grocery store, - close to the old town, - when we checked out, we could use the luggage storage and toilet at location;

- small fridge, but that didn't stop us from having fun so that doesn't count, - it would be nice to have hangers in the bathroom for clothes and towels - but this is also a minor detail,

A lovely little place just outside the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable with all you need for a few nights in Dubrovnik. Our room had a small balcony with a great view of the Adriatic Sea, which was definitely a plus. There’s also a shared kitchen where yon can cook or heat some water for some coffees. Our host Tonci was great and gave us some great advice that made our stay in the city much more enjoyable. If you don’t have a car, the establishment is some 15-20 away of the old town, and it’s very walkable with some stunning views along the way. There’s also a bus that leaves you a few stairs away. The lovely beach Bellevue beach is also close by. Overall we had a great time in Dubrovnik and in Villa Kate Dadic. Highly recommended and will definitely comeback when back at Dubrovnik.

It wasn't the rooms that made this stay so lovely, although they were quite nice (new modern bathroom in mine). My room had nice light and had a door that opened out onto the large terrace which is great for having breakfast etc. There is a common kitchen to make coffee, dinner or breakfast and have it on the terrace. There's parking available for your car. Best part was the host, he gave me a review on how to get around, including a bus that you can take right down to Old Town - it only costs 2-euro and although you can walk it in about 25 minutes, it's nice to take the bus coming back as it's uphill. So I don't have to use my car at all while there. He even gave me a ride on his motorcycle the first day so I knew where to go. He and his wife were lovely. I'm at

The only reason I didn't give this property a 10 is that the last half kilometer was a little tough to find and drive to. But the Google map is correct, and when I left I realized it probably wasn't so bad. The parking is directly in front of the building, which is good.

Location was great! Both the old town and Lapad were within walking distance. The terrace was perfect for eating breakfeast and enjoying the beautiful views. Room was clean and I personally loved the painting on the wall. We also got welcoming drinks (juice and beer) and after check out were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, which was really nice.

The hosts were fantastic, Niksa was very attentive and solved any queries quickly. Arranged transport to the airport at the end of our stay. Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean well maintained rooms. Small fridge in the apartment and a larger shared communal kitchen - lots of amenities. Great location!

The Host and his family are great. Very welcoming and always ready to help. The terrace is amazing. It has a great view and it’s possible to use it at any time. The location is also great: 5min away from the first beach, surrounded by superrmarkets, ATMs or whatever is needed.

super nice and helpful host Tonci. the bed was really nice and we had our own fridge. We were also able to leave our car a few hours after checkout to explore the city more. the balcony was really nice and had a great view.

far walk to old town about 20 minutes. was recommended using Uber which was only 4 euros. the shower was a little weird as it was a tub with only one side enclosed so water got on the floor.

This accommodation was really great. In a good location with a picturesque beach just 10 minutes away and a longer scenic walk to the old town. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the common kitchen was well-equipped. The terrace with a sea-view is absolutely amazing. The owner was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

My friends and I recently stayed at this apartment and we were impressed! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, one beach that was really close was beautiful. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. Superb host, gave us a succinct rundown of where we were situated and best routes into the old town and nearest beaches. Fantastic location, <10 minutes to several beaches and can reach the old city in 20 minutes by foot. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was also a kitchen available to cook in. Easy parking just outside the property.
