Clean room, good location, brand new swimming pool, quiet terrace. Located right next to Dubrovnik center parking which is €20/day and only 20 mins walk to Dubrovnik old town. Perfect if you need to park your car for a day and walk around the city

Excellent accommodation well located at walking distance from the old city of Dubrovnik. The owners are very flexible and even arranged to save a free parking spot nearby when we arrived. We had the cheap little room with no kitchen... but we were allowed to use their private fridge! So this was really a cool experience! Value for money really good.

It could certainly be a little bit cleaner...

The location was very good. You can walk to the old city or take bus. The owner was very nice, we came in middle of the night, even late by 1 hour, but they were waiting for us. Everything was clean and room was quite big. We could also leave our baggage with owner while we went out during our last day, as we were flying in evening. Also you have grocery shops and other shops really close.

The apartment, although a little hard to find, is located within walking distance of the bus station, the Old Town and the Lapad area of Dubrovnik. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was very clean, and the WiFi was strong. The bathroom was small, and to get hot water out of the shower, the immersion heater needed to be turned on. The little swimming pool was glorious to swim in on a hot day! The owner spoke little English, but was friendly and courteous; she offered to make me Croatian coffee every the morning - a hospitable gesture.

The property was easy to find with a gorgeous pool right outside of the apartment. The owner was lovely and very kind to us, even offering us a coffee and a good conversation at check out. There was Beautiful planters around the yard. Nice clean facilities with comfy beds and everything you would need to have a great stay in Dubrovnik. Would come back anytime I am in the area.

The room was good, the air conditioner was great, the bathroom was clean but we ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find the host, the pool and outdoor area was excellent and access to the kitchen was also a great help.

The shower leaked and there was always water on the floor, also it would be good if there was a fan in the bathroom or if the window could be opened as the humidity in the room made all of our clothes damp.

The host warmly welcomed us, we did early check in with a coffee and cold water for refreshment. The location was perfect for us as its nearby to everything like supermarkets, bus stations, harbour and some local restaurants too. The room we had was clean enough and wide cosy bed for two. Its super quiet at anytime day or night. The swimming pool was fully maintained so its clean to dive in.

Nice atmosphere with a clean and big swimming pool. You can request to use the kitchen which was fully equipped. Staff was really good. Bedroom was quite big and clean with air conditioning. Place is in the middle of the distance from the old Town and bus station. Quiet neighborhood. Within 100 meters there's a supermarket.

Friendly staff, great location. In walking distance to bus station , old town, supermarkets, bus stops. Lovely clean rooms, with outdoor eating facilities. Great pool. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Awesome place to stay.

Our host were nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable and the place is quiet. You can enjoy the swimming pool, and god to know, there is two "seats" in the pool with a "jaccuzzi" function. Our room has a little kitchen and a fridge, and had also air conditionning. Price of the rooms is very correct !

I can't tell something goes wrong. But, just to give some additionnal informations : this place is not adapted for disabled people because of the stairs to access appartments. And you have to know this place is not in city center, but you can reach Pile Gate in 20 - 25min on foot (you can also go there in bus). It is not a problem, for us, it was a choice, a good choice !
