We liked the hotel a lot,good and peaceful location next to the beach and Sea view ! Staff was very nice and friendly,Ana was great ,a real pro in her work.

The gym was very poor and especially on rainy days would have been great to do so some exercise.

Room with sea view was big enough, soundproofed (despite the crowded street behind the hotel) and with a beautiful view. You can easily reach the beach directly with the elevator. On the side there are free beaches that during the day could be crowded.

Price: we stayed in the hotel in august and the room was expensive considering that the hotel is 15 minutes by car far from the old town and you should also consider some additional services like umbrella and seabeds (30€ per day) and the parking (12€ per day) that make the total cost more expensive. Consider that the parking, if the hotel is full, is a little bit tight for a suv.

We received a clean,beautiful, big room with an astonishing view that we’ll never forget. The hotel is right next to a beautiful beach that we have easy access to and around the beach there are a lot of nice restaurants, stands and even a stand-up-paddles to rent. The hotel also has a magnificent view from the rooftop where you can have your dinner and we were served by this lovely head waitress that I unfortunately don’t remember the name of. Talking about the staff, they were all so lovely especially the lady named Maja who served us for breakfast and the receptionist named Klara who was really welcoming and helpful.

Our room didn’t have a working AC so we had to sleep with the fan and because of it some of the nights were really difficult to sleep as my partner got sore throat from it and we had to open our window for fresh air or else it gets stuffy but unfortunately we received a lot of mosquito bites. It also didn’t have a safe.

An absolutely beautiful property on the outskirts of the main city, which frankly is a zoo to try and drive around. The rooms and the hotel are 5star with incredible unobstructed views to the ocean. The beach is directly out front with an easy entry into the water. From the hotel It’s a pretty quick drive over to Klis and the Palace. the rooms were amazing - great bed, sheets, pillows, beautiful bathroom and large patio out front. The breakfast was also fantastic. European with lots of choices of fresh fruit wonderful breads and fresh homemade jams along w eggs and bacon/ cheeses & meats & different specialty items you won’t see in other places. We ate one dinner in the dining room which was as gourmet as it could get; the chef is a genius. the entire staff was wonderful. We definitely will be back - I have no negatives. Our visit was in May, so it was quiet (which we wanted) so I can’t say how lively it gets in the high season, but for us, we got sun, swimming and a quiet beautiful spot. Highly recommend

All excellent but it is the staff that make this hotel so wonderful. They are extra special and will do absolutely anything to meet your needs. Our tour with Darko was wonderful. I cannot express how exceptional the waiters/waitresses in all areas of food are. The very best and the hotel is lucky to have them.

The terrace. The terrace is drab and the swimming pool is awful. It needs some colour and better sun loungers. It is extremely unattractive.

Reception was very friendly. My room was modern, simple, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The balcony had a fabulous view of the Adriatic sea. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The price I paid was definitely worth the room, location, and services. Rooftop pool was very relaxing as was the rooftop lounge area. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food, as well as beverages. The location is far away enough from Split city center that you can easily relax, but close enough to take the bus into the city if you want and get there within 30 mins. Overall, I am excited to come back to this hotel again. I will most definitely be staying here when I am back I'm Split.

We had some trouble using the key card to open the hotel room. However this was quickly rectified, as I was given a key that I used instead, to open and lock my door.

We loved Hotel Split - it was a 10 minute Uber outside of town but that suited us. Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the food was amazing both for breakfast and the hotel restaurants.

The room we were given initially had a door that didn’t lock. Reception said the hotel was fully booked so we had to have that room or one with no air con. We were opting to leave when Reception found us another room - it was a bit off putting but glad they did as we loved our stay.

Amazing views from the balcony and from the Rooftop Restaurant. It was my and my teenager's son holidays, which ecxeeded our expedition. Tasty and plenty of food breakfast. It's not hotel's falt that going a few kilometres to Split takes an hour, because of hardly traffic jams on that road, who is near the hotel. The hotel itself worth 10 points!

I was on a 'workation' and the hotel was perfect for that - quiet location, comfortable room with decent working space, good internet, right on the beach for swimming breaks and awesome view from the balcony. Also relatively easy to get to Split by bus or taxi (if the main road is not too crowded), and lots of things to do or see around during the weekends.

Everything was as expected or better.
