Stowed away in a little street to the side of thebigger roads was the apartment. Entering at first we were greeted by Mirela, the friendly hostess. Her english was very good and she was very hospitable. She showed us the apartment which consisted of a room with a bed, sofa and table. All necessities were there like a water cooker glasses and a fridge. There was a private bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet and sink. Another outstanding thing was how clean the apartment was! You can see that its really being cared for. I can recommend the apartment to anyone staying in split who wants to be close to the palace and water. As for the size of the room, sure it isnt the biggest but spacious enough for 2 people. With everything you can do in the near vicinity you won't be spending a lot of time being bored here anyway. Edit: as it turned out my 2 night stay would become a 3 night stay because the mechanic couldn't fix my car that day. After giving Mirela a call and asking for another last minute reservation she was as hospitable as can be. Having left the apartment a few hours before we arrived about half an hour after the call. The room was already clean and tidied up. Ready for new guests which turned out to be me again. Mirela many thanks for the stay!

We stayed at apartments Aspalathos for 5 nights and loved it here! Mirela was such a lovely host, very kind and always helpful, the breakfast that was served in the room was delicious and the location was perfect, close to everything - the old town, boats and restaurants! Would really recommend this place for everyone! Top service. We will definitely come back. :)

Mirela was an amazing host. She was friendly and kind at all times to give us directions or help us. She prepares a lovely breakfast every morning and brings it to your room and let’s you decide if you want to change from different choices. I would totally recommend the apartment as it’s close to the beach and city center. She also organized a private taxi for us for the airport. We would definitely be back if we are in Split again :)

Apartment is super clean, modern, cozy, bed is comfortable. Great location with just 10 min walk to centar or main public beach. Owner was really kind, quick in responding on messages, did help us with free parking in front of apartment. Included breakfast was fresh and tasty! We definitely wanna come back and plan to stay longer next time!

The breakfast was very good, and we did ask staff for changing some food and it was very nice. We did have fruit, nice bread, croissants, plenty milk, coffee, juice, the staff asked what we would like to eat.

I had a good stay at this hotel, so did not dislike anything. The hotel was very good located, the bed was very comfortable, very spacious shower, the apartment was extremely cleaned, it was everything excellent.

Very kind welcome and good communication, we could check-in earlier. Very clean room, quiet and pretty comfortable. Breakfast was also ok, simple (coffee, fruits,croissant, egg) and served in the room. 15 mins walk from city centre.

The room was quite small, but accomodation was correct, clean and ok for a one or two night stay.

It is a nicely furnished apartment, easy to get to, close to the centre. Communication with the host was excellent, breakfast served was as per my request and preferences. I would strongly recommend it!

Mirela, the apartment caretaker, was very nice and proactive. Bed confortable. AC and heater. Close to the beach.

The washroom window was broken, because of this we couldn't let the air circulated. It is not to close to center city, around 15 min walking up hill.

We stayed for one night only and in that time, staff were warm and welcoming, we had a really good night sleep and place was really nice and clean. Breakfast was included and we requested no meat option and still got really good meal. Overall, we had a really good experience with this place. It's maybe a 5-10 minutes walk from Old Town. Parking was provided by host and it is in the street in front of apartment building.
