We travel quite a bit, and this was definitely a new experience for us. An excellent host who guides you like a true professional, from what to see in Split, where to eat, to how to buy tickets for a game. Simply fantastic. The apartment was perfect. Clean, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (two TVs, a coffee machine, fast and stable Wi-Fi, kitchenware, constant hot water, etc.). It can comfortably accommodate up to four adults if needed. What's most important for first-time visitors to Split is that the apartment comes with free parking, which, along with its great location and proximity to the city center, is a significant advantage. Quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out. This will be our first choice when traveling to Split in the future. Highly recommended!

Almost everything was good right from the location and its proximity to the beach and city centre. Mario and Leona were amazing. They were there at the property to welcome us at the time of check in and then Mario gave a nice introduction about Split and all the activities we could do which was great for a first time visitor. Mario was just a call / text away for any help we needed. To top it all, he even dropped us at the ferry port in his car because we had too many bags. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This stay was just perfect. Mario collected me from the airport and took me to my fantastically located apartment in Split. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything I needed inside. Upon arrival Mario and Leona were able to show me where everything was and made some recommendations on where to go. They were great to check in during my stay that everything was OK too, and checking out was easy. Nearby there is a supermarket, bakery, beach, restaurants etc - everything you could need. Mario and Leona are top hosts and I cannot wait to return to Split and stay here again.

Comfortable king size bed. Cleanliness. The hosts Mario and Leona were very helpful and friendly. They made a special effort to save a large parking spot for our rental car close by across the road.

We had difficulty paying for our stay owing to a problem with the App our host was using on his mobile. Minimal but acceptable accessories in the apartment. Would have liked a toaster, paper towel and tissues, for example.

Perfect little apartment with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Split. Fabulous location in a quieter area 15 minute walk from the old town. Hosts Mario and Leona were so helpful with providing recommendations and even stored our luggage for us, whilst also dropping us to the airport on the way home!

We where amazed!!! Perfect location just a short walk to city center and nearby beaches. The apartment was top notch in cleanliness and design and was fitted with appliances ,a dolce gusto coffee machine and a very nice large smart tv with disney+ and netflix included. Just outside the apartment there is a supermarket, bakery, fast food restaurants and around the corner a pharmacy. Our hosts Leona & Mario where there to greet us, make sure we are settled in, make us feel comfortable and give us information about the area and nearby beaches, how to get to the city center and nearby stores. Mario was available via WhatsApp in case we have any questions or need anything. We where provided with guidebooks and a tourist map and Mario made sure to mark the locations and how to get there either by foot or bus. We had an amazing time, stress free thanks to Mario giving us advice what to see and do. We would definitely come back here in the future we really felt right at home.

Absolutely great stay there. Great location 8 min walk to downtown , 5 minutes walk to the beach. Owner Mario was super helpful. Nyt there is few markets, small caffeteria, restaurants. Dvor michelin 2023 restaurant , with good viw. Highly reccommend. Bureki grill restaurant.

The hosts are amazing!!! So friendly, welcoming and on call if you need anything. The room was spacious, air conditioning, two.tvs, a perfect little kitchen and a perfect bathroom. Location was excellent - a short walk into town and very close to multiple supermarkets.

Very nice stay in Split! Mario & Leona have been amazing hosts. Right from check-in to fix the small things & giving tips about what to do in split they have been exceptionally helpful. Location is good, small walk to the beaches around & 10-15mins walkable distance to the old city of Split or to the main bus station. Supermarket is just near to the appartment. Recommended!

WiFi is slow but I am sure they will rectify it!

The room's location was great and It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. The room was huge and could contain at least four people( one bed and one sofa bed). The room is on the ground floor, so if you travel with heavy luggage, it saves you. The room contains a kitchen so you can buy groceries in the nearby supermarkets. Owner Mario was a nice person. He waits for us because of the late ferry arrivals and we check in late, around 21.15.
