The hotel is superbly located in the centre of Old City of Split, with easy access to all Split has to offer. Loved the décor and especially the lounge on the 1st floor. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and have everything you would expect from a high end hotel. Excellent table service breakfast with choice. Very well prepared and tasty. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive (thank you!).

It was one of the 4-star hotels with a convenient price/quality ratio for the days I stayed in Split. The location of the hotel was good: even though it's on a narrow street, it's in the middle of the Old Town and most of the landmarks of the city are within walking distance. It's easy to reach the hotel by walking from the bus station as well. The receptionist's communication with me was okay. The breakfast service was good enough. The wireless Internet connection was satisfactory. My room was huge. The bathroom was full of high-quality amenities. There was a kettle tray set in the room. The minibar was full of delicious snacks and beverages, and they were not so expensive. My bed was so comfortable. The A/C was working perfectly.

A few minor cons: I couldn't get what it was, but my room was smelling something like curry. Fortunately it wasn't a very strong smell, so I could tolerate it. The glass separator of the tube in the bathroom was too small.

The staff was very responsive to questions regarding services and restaurants prior to arrival. The location of the property was perfect for exploring Split, the restaurant staff was very polite and hard working. The breakfast included was very nice and we appreciated the coffee pods free of charge in the room.

We arrived one hour after the allowed check in time and there was one couple checking in ahead of us. We were asked to wait in the bar and the receptionist did not retrieve us for 50 minutes. It seemed it was an effort to make guests spend money at the bar, as my husband checked once during that time and she was not assisting anyone else and two other couples had been directed to the bar as well to wait.

The staff was friendly and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was also nice with fruit and veggies.

We were told the hotel was "Adults only" but there were families with children. We felt we had been cheated and since this was the main reason to choose this hotel we are NOT HAPPY. Adults only should mean ADULTS ONLY.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and went out of their way to find us a good restaurant and attend to any issues

There was an issue with a plumbing noise which they tried to rectify but to no avail. It was an intermittent sound that disturbed my sleep on both nights but was hard to pinpoint as it only went off periodically. The staff did their best to fix the problem. The local church bells are rung around 6am daily which is a pain.

It’s in the middle of the night old town, surrounded by various restaurants, bars and cafes. We stayed on the first floor and IF the window is open, there comes noise from the people passing by but for us it wasn’t at a disturbing level. When the window is closed there is no problem. The breakfast was good with various options both for vegans and mainstream foodies. Air conditioner was good and working properly. The bed was not as I would like; a bit bouncy and soft for my taste. But it was clean and fresh. The room was comfortable, having enough space for everything. Everything was as described in the hotel page. For us the highlight of the stay was the two different receptionists. One of them was helping us to get medical assistance with her very accurate and relevant advice. She and the public hospital staff saved our vacation. The other receptionist gave us the very much needed mosquito repellent when we needed and saved our night sleep. If you want to stay in the heart of Split old town and feel welcomed while not paying a fortune, this hotel is the best option for you!

Bathroom wash basin structure makes it difficult to keep the bench dry. That’s it :)

Staff are very welcoming very convenient no need to use stairs they have a lift, this is very important when you have big and heavy suitcases. Very central location. The decorations of the hotel is beautiful

The decoration little touches that makes you fill at home. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Loved the personalised note welcoming you to the hotel each time you turned the tv on.

the location of the property was great. right in the middle of town, less than 5 minute walk to any place. Although the location of the property was great what really makes this place stand out is the staff. they take care of ever need. Mario in reception even took the time to get us boxed lunches because we would miss the included breakfast on our departure day. The restaurant also has some outstanding staff. Luca made some great suggestions for local beer and Johanna always served us with a smile. This place knows how to take care of their guests. If we ever return to Croatia we will be returning to this hotel.

A well presented hotel. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Loved the location, in the old town, but only a short walk from the ferries and also taxis. Would recommend and would stay again.

Probably the only thing, was the breakfast but was adequate.

Great location where everything was walkable and accessible, but also a little tucked away so not really loud of disruptive.

They source out a lot of amenities so laundry service is not turned around as quickly and cannot be accommodated as easily. Spa was great but it’s outdoors on a terrace where anyone can essentially walk into your treatment.
