Central location. Situated in the main square, restaurants and bars close by. In the Old Town, which is beautiful, handy for meeting points for trips to the islands. The owners are lovely people, very helpful. They really appreciate having tourists and take pride in their property. It is cleaned every day.

The accommodation is beautiful and in a UNESCO protected building, so there is no lift. Be prepared to climb 4 flights of stairs. Luckily, I had help with my luggage from Marco, the co-owner.

Wonderful location, steps from the harbor and Diocletian Palace, Comfortable room, beautiful shower, great bed, quiet and dark for sleeping. Access to a lovely rooftop patio, great for watching sunset with a glass of wine! We paid for the included breakfast and had wonderful breakfasts at Brasserie 7. Petra was great with communication, meeting us as we arrived and helping us find parking in a difficult area.

The four flights of stairs didn’t bother us, but maybe not the best place for someone with mobility issues or very large luggage! We were able to contact Petra to adjust the AC to a cooler temperature, but that would be a good thing for a guest to be able to adjust themselves.

The location was amazing and close to everything. We loved our room and the host/manager greeted us and was super attentive and great to us. We only stayed here for 1 night but would definitely stay here again if we come back to Split. We got the room with breakfast included and the free breakfast at the restaurant around the corner was amazing!

Everything was great but be sure to know that you'll have to climb up 4-5 flights of stairs. Not a problem but just to keep in mind

The location was very convenient and it was comfortable. I really enjoyed access to the roof terrace. Breakfast vouchers were also a bonus.

I wouldn’t say it was luxury. There were some defects that need to be addressed. The fridge was blinking on and off and it had to cover it with towels so I could sleep at night. The shower head was loose and was leaking.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Perfect room...very comfortable, clean and modern. Was in a quiet location in Split, but also very close to the main tourist areas. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Air conditioning was perfect, great sized TV at the end of the bed with Netflix account for you to use. Best hotel I stayed in, in Croatia by far.

The veiws from the balcony are a great bonus and an enjoyable way to spend some time away from the bustle of the town. We even got an exciting bonus storm to veiw one night too! Loved our room, beautifully presented, and the extra large bathroom was a treat. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The bed was really comfortable and a good size.

Could do with a little more room on the bed side tables, the lamps take over some quite useful space in a small room!

Beautiful apartment in city center of Split. Very tasty breakfast in nearby restaurant at Riva. Great equiped, very clean. Acess to tarrace at the top of the building with great view. I highly recommend this place!

Very glamorous, modern & clean room. Special mention for the bath. Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful host.

Walls are too thin, we could hear our neighbours leave their rooms early in the morning as if they were in the same room. Parking available, but at a cost.

We had a one night stay with a late check in and early check out. Our main communication was via WhatsApp with the staff of the hotel who made it really easy to pick up the room key and to ask questions. We were happy with our stay!
