Good location, close to the tourist area, ferry boat and bus station. The owner Daniela is very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily, beds and pillows comfortable. Bathroom with good shower. Air conditioning works. Shared kitchen. I loved having capsules and a coffee machine in the room. Wi-Fi works.

The area around there is a lot of bush and Google Maps shows a very dark and distant path. But then Daniela showed us a better access to the city center, which is closer, clean and brighter.

Very comfortable and clean rooms in the centre of Split. 2 minutes walk from the old town and the promenade and 10 minutes from the railway station, main bus station and passenger port. The rooms are very comfortable, fresh and clean, there is also a modern kitchen. It was very good, but I think it was a bit expensive, which is probably typical of the whole area.

Everything! The room is comfortable with a nice private shower and toilet, air conditioner, security box, there’s also a fridge, in the room,but if you want, there’s also a common kitchen. The location is just perfect, 10 min walking to the bus station and to the city center. Danielja the one who received us, is super gentle, always aware of anything we needed, also, and important thing that we really appreciated, was that we arrived early thinking to leave the bags while we could do the check in, but the room was ready, and she allowed us to check in early 🤩

This room was in a very quiet area close walking distance to the Diocletians Palace, the railway station and the port. There are restaurants, cafes, markets and all other facilities close by. The staff were very helpful and accomodating - they supplied beach towels on the day we went to the beach.

I couldn't get the bedside light to work. I should have asked the staff as I know they would have helped but it wasn't that important to me.

Good sized room. Great location, close to beach, shops and the centre of old town and the marina. Contact free late check in available when our arrival was delayed. Kitchen facilities available. Coffee machine, kettle and fridge in the room. Good sized bathroom with shampoo and body wash. Lovely and helpful hosts. If we were to return to split we would stay again.

Although a small room, it was well laid out so the bathroom was spacious and it provided everything we needed for 2 nights. The main advantage was how close it was to both the ferry where we arrived from and also to the old town. Good air-con, helped by the small size of the room.

Better instructions on how to find the building as it is located round the back of the street and difficult to find until we asked some locals. The beds are pretty narrow but fine for a short stay.

The owner Daniela was fantastic to us. She allowed us to leave our luggage earlier. She helped me with any requested I had. We really enjoyed the central location of the place (5 minutes walk to Old town, market, bus station, bakery and promenade) Room was very clean and had all things we needed. Highly recommend the place.

Very close to old town, huge market, Riva (waterfront promenade), and train, bus and boat terminals.

Bathroom needs more light - light over sink not working, bathroom too dark.

There were some maintenance things that needed repairing. Shower had come away from wall. Other than that, everything else was great
