Had dinner at the restaurant the first night. Very nice. Also, very popular. Lots of patrons came to eat at the restaurant all week - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very trendy spot to enjoy nicely presented dishes.

The apartment we rented was very nice and quaint. We enjoyed the privacy and the silence. Wondered why there were earplugs on the night stands when we arrived. Guess it was for the dogs barking and the roosters crowing. We didn't use them. Three issues, however, in the apartment: 1) the remote for the mural A/C was not working, so we had the stream of air pointed directly at us the entire night; 2) the battery of the safe in the closet of the room was not functional, thus no safe; and 3) the propane gas of the stove was either empty or not functional. Either way, we didn't really need to use it. We just wanted to warm something up. No biggy.

I booked a garden room and I totally liked the location of the room near the pool. The room was practical decorated and it had all of these things to make your stay nicer. The Service was very nice and I had a great dinner. The food was really nice at the hotel. Didn't know that they have a coffee and pastry deal. Nice!

Loved the layout and the room. The only thing that was not nice was the smell in the bathroom. It's like when the septic tank was full and the smell keeps creeping up when you flush. The shower water also rose up and took some time to go away.

Beautiful building in a serene setting! A garden area with plunge pool was a perfect place to cool off in the afternoons. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful at all times. The food and cocktails were phenomenal! Dinner on the front porch as the sun set over the Santa Martha Bay was memorable.

During some meals we were the only patrons, so hopefully they keep getting enough people to stop by because it's worth a visit!

We were looking for a couple of days of tranquility and a peaceful getaway and that was exactly what we found at this Boutique Hotel. A great place to stay and explore the Banda Abao side of the island. After having a nice breakfast on the front veranda which has a great view, we explored the beaches and historic sights. Every evening we enjoyed a delicious dinner. We had the Queens room which is very spacious and clean and has a nice view. Everyday we were greated by the very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay unforgetable. We will surely be back.........a warm thank you.

There was nothing that we did not like.

It is a beautiful hotel/restaurant in a nice natural environment. Amazing beaches near (about 10-15 minutes by car). Delicious food. Nice people working there. Comfortable bedrooms. Totally recommended place to stay, specially if you get by car and can move to places nearby. Some bugs and wild animals around compared to other hotels/places in the island but nothing to worry about.

I stayed here years ago and made sure I came back. Mind you, it is an old plantation house, so there are features of the property that are older (doors and windows, etc). It's heavy to think of the history here. That being said, the staff is always kind and attentive. I enjoyed talking with Sharlee and everyone else who welcomed me. The location is perfect for exploring all the beaches on the west side of the island, the more quiet roads, Shete Boka- a must visit experience, and Mount Christoffel and Park- which if you hike to the top, you are rewarded with incredible views of the entire island. The views from the outside spaces on the hotel property are fantastic since it sits up on a hill. Restaurant is good-some people come just to eat, if that tells you how good the food is here. You'll have singing birds and curious iguanas to keep you company. The dogs in the surrounding neighborhoods like to call to each other at night, kinda relaxing. Plenty of parking, beach towels available, and an amazing breeze to cool you off as you enjoy the views.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect place! The room was nice, staff was great and the food was amazing every morning and night we ate there. They have a few dogs roaming the premises, and being dog-people ourselves it was always very pleasant having them around.

There honestly wasn't anything to not like. The views are great and the services they offer too. You even have a place to hang towels outside to dry, and they offer beach towels to you before going to the beach, although you do have to ask for this specifically.

Amazing place to discover the Westcoast of Curacao. Staff is extremely friendly and will make sure you have a good time.

The rooms in the main house are beautifully renovated. The apartment could use some TLC as well. The swimming pool is a bit smaller than expected based on the pictures provided.

fantastic location on top of hill with continual refreshing breeze. old land-house, atmospheric. great restaurant with amazing views. lovely small swimming pool area.

lighting in bedroom was not nice, a few details could be improved, maybe a bit of freshening up (paintwork, furniture was a bit 'tired' looking in places.

My wife and I loved our stay at the hotel. Very cozy, well-kept and spacious environment. Wonderful food and great service. Credit to the owner who is present every day and gives attention like a true friend
