The rooms had everything you needed and were clean and comfortable.

The staff weren’t very approachable or pleasant. I do feel this was due to the way I noticed a lot of other guests treated them; which was with little respect or manners.

We had a great time at the City of Dreams. It's a new place, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it look stunning. It was super clean everywhere we went, and we liked the style a lot. The food was also good. They had a lot of different options, and everything we tried was tasty. We spent quite a bit of time at the casino. It was a lot of fun, with a good mix of games. The energy in there was really something. But, the place is new, and it shows in some areas. The staff was okay, but they could use some more training. They were nice, but they need to learn a bit more about how to give top-level service. The same goes for the casino dealers. They were good at their job, but they need a bit more practice to be really smooth and professional. But overall, we loved our stay at the City of Dreams. It's a beautiful hotel and casino. It's clear that there are some kinks to work out since it's still new. But once they do, we think it will be an amazing place. We're looking forward to coming back when they've had a bit more time to settle in.

We paid for accommodation with half board and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that we would only receive breakfast because there were not many people in the hotel, therefore they did not open the dining room for dinner, they did not agree to return the money we paid in advance for half board, only to give us vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel, there was no restaurant in the hotel To our liking and yet we had to eat only there, we were very disappointed. We wanted to get the money so we could choose where to eat but it didn't happen. The hotel should have informed me in advance that there was no option for half board and not just charge me.

The facilities, staff, breakfast were all exceptional. The hotel was sparkling clean and the room very comfortable!

Only one small issue is that there is no plug next to the mirror!

In the casino they must have a dress code and to not allow the smoking.

Extremely beautiful property. The interior is excellent, comfortable and luxurious. Everything is brand new and done to perfection.

As it being a very new hotel, there’s a few things; not enough lounge/lobby areas to explore, you either have to be in a casino or a restaurant,

Everything was amazing. Huge resort, super clean. The pool was amazing, there was a part of it with sand right outside the pool water and also a part with three circles where you can sit in them and there was water spraying on your body. The room was more than clean and comfort. Shower with rain feel and a bathtub. Amazing bed, a couch both inside and the balcony. Everything in the room was free of use, coffee, tea, coffee machine, beer, water, bath salts, bath foam, mouthwash, toothbrush and toothpaste. The casino was very big with a lot of games, and a show on the stage at night. There were carpets all over the hallways outside the rooms so it was super quite. Every room has a doorbell. The managment delivered to our room a bottle of wine and a birthday cake for free because it was my birthday. All the staff was very kind and helpfull. The view from our balcony was also very very good. Finally, the breakfast was amazing with unlimited choices.

It’s a gorgeous hotel. Everything is brand new. Fun to walk around the property between the pools, restaurants and Casino. Queen and Lina at reception were very nice to us at the check in and check out. Room is huge with nice furniture. Everything was super clean. Felt like a real vacation. We also got treats for our anniversary celebration which was very thoughtful.

The pool staff is not professional at all. We ordered drinks, took too long to get to us. They are not trained well for service. They also won’t let to open the umbrella to protect from the sun so it’s very uncomfortable to sit by the pool during the day.
