We spent 10 days at the hotel and had a great time. The staff was fantastic (very friendly and helpful), the food choice (breakfast, dinner) was excellent. The entertainment was nice, even though it was a bit repetitive after some time. Good indoor pool (not busy in the morning and evening) and nice outdoor pool area. We were in December, enjoyed the sunny weather and there was no problem to get the sunbed, even though the hotel was full.

The cleaning could be improved (floors, balcony, indoor pool area, corridor carpets) and it's time to renovate the gym equipment. The noise from the bar made us change the rooms - it would be manageable if it closed at 11 pm (during xmas season it was open 11:30 pm EVERY DAY). Water for dinner should be included in the price, it's hilarious that it's free for breakfast and it's available 24/7 at the lobby but then at the dinner you suddenly need to pay 2€ per bottle. And finally, as many have mentioned, the sandy beach picture is definitely not from this hotel, so it's clearly misleading.

The rooms' seaview was very nice. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and everything was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the easy access to the boardwalk for running, gym and inside pool (the outdoor pools were too cold for me in March). Good public transport connections to nearby attractions as well as the airport. Good wi-fi!

The interior was a little bit too 80s. The hotel would benefit from a design facelift.

The service was really nice and the room was also spacious, the food was very tasty, but only through one of the people who pass by the entrance should keep their opinions to themselves because your employee says to me "Here the stingy Jews have come again" is not so pleasant.

This is my second time to visit this hotel. The manager, and all her team gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. The same goes to the rest of all the staff who helped us whenever we needed them. The room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was galore and way above our eating level. We used all pools but the Adults Only pool was our fav. We had the facility of using different restaurants such as A La Carte or Buffet so we were spoilt for choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening the entertainment was the cherry on the cake and again we did have to choose where to go to enjoy our evening. The hotel has so much going on all day long. Well I am sure that my family and I will visit again.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful location right on the beach. Huge lawn with plenty of chairs, beautiful pools and 2 water slides. Heated indoor pool was nice in the winter. Right on the beautiful walking path that goes all the way into the main part of town and the castle. Great staff, wonderful breakfast.

No A/C from Oct to April so the rooms got stuffy at night and we couldn't leave our balcony open at night due to being on the first floor. They provided a fan though which helped.

Fantastic family holiday. We actually lived in Cyprus for nine years so so this was us returning as tourists. It's a wonderful hotel. Everything in the right place. If holidaying in Cyprus then this stretch of coast up to the harbour is perfect. Beyond that and it's not so great, which is mainly why we left. The island is one big building site. The locals are struggling to survive (financially) and it shows, which is a real shame. But hey, this hotel and strip is lovely.

I made some special requests. The receptionist Alexandra made a real effort,even though the hotel was full, to meet my requests until I was satisfied .She was very helpful throughout my stay. I stayed in room 4107 with a beautiful view of the pool and sea. I had to leave early and the hotel arranged breakfast at 5.30 am which included a nice platter of meat, cheese and cake fresh orange juice and coffee. Apparently, this service is available from 03.00 a.m. The buffet breakfast has an enormous variety for everyone. I ate 3 buffet dinners at the hotel, which also had a good choice. There are also a La carte restaurants available. The private beach of the hotel was enjoyable. There is a jetty to enable to go swimming without stepping on all the stones.

I was told that it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Paphos Harbour along the hotel promenade. In fact it took us over an hour.

We were there for our wedding! It was a great experience! Jayne Davies the wedding planner of the hotel did a great job! Hotel was super clean and food is good for a all inclusive! Nice swimming pool etc.

I don't like that people are allowed to put there towels at the pool at night to keep the sunbeds for themselves! I think this is a serious problem and a lot of people were angry about that!

Amazing hotel, perfect location for walking into Paphos harbour. Always felt safe. Food and drink-so many lovely options. All needs catered for

No real beach front. No sandy beach rocky coves can’t walk into the sea from hotel. Gym equipment is outdated that can’t be adjusted (old metal frames) not much room for free weights. No cable machines, no kettle bells no med balls, no bands.

Great breakfast, lots of choice. Fantastic pool right on beachfront with a nice walk to the harbour. Loved the bath robes that were provided and hotel in good location with easy bus access and excellent taxi service.

When we arrived at 10:45pm we were provided with a buffet with very little choice of food and was disappointed to learn that this replaced the meal on our last day as we had a late night return flight home. Very small towels provided for showering and had to use the beach towels due to this, but these were limited!!! We were expecting a garden land view room as illustrated at the time of booking and we got a land view of the Main Street. Very limited information provided on local attractions and bus service. More information and suggestions would have been appreciated to enable us to have planned our itinerary better. Evening entertainment was very poor and unsatisfactory.
