Pool rooms are perfect for kids. The minute we got there, we asked to upgrade, and it was totally worth it! The dining room offers a variety of options for kids and adults, and the staff was very friendly. Snacks were available throughout the day, but the food was so good that we barely had any snacks other than the cold coffee at the pool bar - perfect! We enjoyed staying in the hotel almost the entire vacation because we had everything for a great vacation in the resort, the gift shop in the hotel offers some extra for the kids at an affordable price

When we checked in we got a regular room that was old and dirty, my daughter was bitten by a fire ant and the experience was bad, then we upgraded the room so we got the pool room and the room was decent. One night an dinner a huge cockroach was walking in the dining room, which was disgusting because as I showed it to the manager on site, his response was to kick him to the kitchen area.

Majority of staff were helpful most if the time, some friendlier than others. Food choice was plentiful, however we only stayed for 4 nights and think we would have got bored quite soon after. Nice facilities for young children, with a playground area as well as kids club. Evening entertainment also good, varied each night and started off with a kids Disco so the little ones didn't miss out. It is evident the hotel catered for kids and adults alike, offering wide selection of food choices and entertainment. I was wonderfully surprised when we checked out, that we were able to still have drinks and snacks whilst we waited in thr hotel area for our late afternoon flight.

Whilst there was great food choice, I felt we would have gotten bored after 5 days. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. On busy pool days, pool towels ran out. On the few occasions we interacted with staff on reception, they were not the most friendliest or knowledgeable.

The staff were exceptionally nice and really helpful. They all worked so hard to make sure we were having a lovely holiday, the food was wonderful. We had a swim up room that had a nice patio area with 2 chairs, 2 loungers and sunshade. It was lovely. Thank you

Queue for the coffee machine during the busier season - it just needs a couple more machines to cover those times. Swimming pools are Beautiful but very cold, including the indoor pool, although my son still loved swimming in the pool all the same.

Me and my kids had a fantastic time at this hotel. The facilities were great and the food was brilliant with a huge variety and of good quality too with lots of veggie options. The drinks menus were brilliant and extensive, there were hardly any drinks you couldn't get on the all inclusive package, there were plenty of non-alcoholic options too. The entertainment was really good and my kids loved it, the performers were amazing and so friendly to the little ones. The live music in the lobby was also gorgeous, very talented musicians. The people staying here were also friendly and both the kids and myself made friends so it was fine staying there as a single parent. The waterpark was really close too and there was a bus stop right outside which went to the airport.

The alcohol was a bit weak but to be fair that's probably a good thing. Also the toiletries in the room were not great but it was just a minor as we brought our own anyway.

All inclusive have exceptions in meniu, even mohito do not included in all inclusive cocktails. Staff in bars seems that do not like people with all inclusive, maybe too much work with them. also do not liked take out breakfast policy, first time sow that all inclusive hotel in early morning can suggest you to eat in lobby sandwich from package and do not let to take breakfast to airport in package. Hotel have direct entrance to the sea, but they do not have beach, have just rocks in it, so if you want to swim in sea you need to go to other hotels beaches

Everyone really friendly and helpful.Very comfortable bed.Good selection of food in the dining room.We only stayed one night so didn't explore the Hotel but we would certainly stay again.

No Sanitiser in the dining room glad we had our own.Very little carparking and annoying to see staff from neighbouring sister hotel using too as we were overlooking the car park saw it happen.

the vacation was too short…

Location is very good near a beach, swimming pool is perfect. Meals are various and there are many kind of food you can choose.

Rooms are not so large like a picture on Booking.com

Great hotel, nice rooms, awesome food, beautiful pool, everything was perfect. I recommend to everyone.

We were extremely pleased with the decor of the hotel and the Picturesque pool area.

No heated pool. The indoor pool should be heated as the time of year we went (April) the outdoor pool was cold.
