The hotel was very nicely decorated, nice pool area and main restaurant, we liked very much also the Asian Fusion restaurant. Nice presents and amenities of the room. Enough space for clothing.

The sound isolation is not good - three night there was a music in the lobby and we heard it to the room, in the room next to us there was a couple who played their music a bit louder and we also had to listen to it. I would also prefer better cleaning of the room. The coffee is disaster - I would expect to get a decent cappucino in the hotel of such level.

The new, not witnessed before on previous stays concept of a Guest representative that everyday walks round the pool asking every person. 1.How is your stay. 2 Is there anything I can do for you, cheers.....Just gets a bit weiry trying to relax by the pool and hear this going on around you every morning when if you have an issue you can simply visit reception. We were relieved when she said she was day off sunday.

Had to book last minute as flight got cancelled so was expensive.

Staff friendliness and professionalism. Comfort, cleanliness and modern facilities. Consistent support. Consistently high quality food offering in the main restaurant and the Japanese Fiki restaurant. Generous sparkling wine and sweetmeats in room.

Poor quality food at the pool bar afternoon offering. Limited range of high quality branded drinks even off AI menu. Entertainment volume too loud and too long. Some light pollution from corridor and AC on switch at night. Not Ivi Mares problem, but adjacent hotel noise and timings inconvenient and inconsistent with IM.

Somebody entered our room for a cleaning despite of “don’t disturb” sign – very annoying Complimentary drinking water would be helpful

The property is stunning, located near the beach front. On arrival and especially throughout the trip, the staff were so friendly and sweet. The spa was lovely, we had a 70min massage and were gifted 15mins extra minutes which we used for a facial. The outside pool was the perfect size, and the sunbeds probably saw me the most during this trip! The food at the main restaurant and Japanese restaurant was great, a wide variety of offerings.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like per se, however, I wish the portion sizes at the Japanese restaurant were bigger, meaning a normal size. The entertainment could’ve been more lively and upbeat, it was quite mellow and somber. A mix of both would’ve been appreciated as it was often boring. I think water activities e.g. water aerobics, aqua yoga or a water volleyball net would’ve been fun given how big the pool is. Even if it was to alternate on different days to entertain guests during the day. Also maybe a DJ playing live music one day of the week by the pool. There is room for improvements to make this place 10/10 but it was a wonderful stay.

Stayed for a mini honeymoon and everything was lovely, a beautiful location and great facilities, all staff were friendly and attentive and the food and drink at the all inclusive restaurants was delicious, we would highly recommend.

The service in the Japanese restaurant let the hotel down, it took several attempts to get our drinks as they seemed to pay more attention to those guests not on an all inclusive basis.

Right on the front, bright, light & airy, exceptionally clean. Team were so welcoming & helpful. Food was wonderful, nothing too much trouble. Room was simply stunning. The indoor pool was lovely as was the sauna & steam room, we look forward to visiting again later in the year. Thank you for a simply wonderful weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ivi Mare. The hotel is clean, both the rooms and the common areas, as well as the pool area. The rooms are nice, spacious enough, bright and well furnished. The accommodation is very well soundproofed. The balcony was large enough with a nice view of the sea and what we really appreciated was the privacy - the balconies are very well separated, so you don't have to limit yourself at all (we were on the 3rd floor). We were delighted by the gifts from the hotel - either upon arrival, departure or on Sunday afternoon, especially for birthdays... a bottle of sparkling wine and cakes, it was very nice. The "night service" is also nice - they make your bed if necessary, they give you a bottle of water and a small candy on the bedside table. The breakfast offer was varied enough. Staff was nice and very helpful. The overall rating of the hotel is 9/10 - apart from a few small issues that can be easily changed, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for nice holiday

We had one remark about the bar by the pool - the advantage is the possibility of ordering through the application, but sometimes was problem with the service, they didn't always know a offer, or they didn't have time to clean the table after the previous customer. The quality of the drinks could be improved - sometimes they brought a drink without ice, which decrease its quality in the heat.
