If you are looking for #1 hotel in Paphos – you found it! Everything, starting from the very late check in till the late check out was just perfect. The room is spotless and being cleaned twice a day, with complimentary chocolate and water every time. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty, with very good coffee (which is not something to be light-headed about😊 SPA treatments are amazing (go for the signature AMAVI treatment – it’s a bliss) The fact that you have your sunbed for all the stay is genius. The location is wonderful – just above very clean and pleasant beach, and with great proximity to lots of restaurants and coffee-shops at the Paphos harbor. The Kings Avenue shopping mall is about 25 minutes' walk from the hotel. But above all that – the service! You can feel it in every question, conversation, gesture – guests wellbeing is the priority. Personally want to thank to Diana Ivanova – guest relationship manager – for being there and making the beyond expectation effort to make me feel that I made the perfect choice for my vacation. Do not contemplate, you will have the time of your life at AMAVI property. I am sure will be back there!

The staff and the service they provided was excellent, the room superb, and the hotel overall was really lovely. The main pool and surroundings were great, and having loungers allocated for the duration of our stay was such a good idea. We loved having a cocktail on the terrace in the evenings looking out over the garden to the sea.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Our only comment is that the buffet food at lunch and sometimes dinner was not as good as we expected, compared to other 5 star hotels we’ve stayed in. There was little seafood, the lunchtime village salad was not authentic, rarely offered feta,(no calamari at all which seems strange in Cyprus!) and there was generally not the variety/choice we were expecting. Some evenings were better than others, and the speciality restaurants were better, but difficult to book and we were unable to get a table at the Immenso. The food would not stop us returning but we would not book full board.

We stayed here in October last year for a couple of weeks and it was SO good we came back in June! There is nothing not to live about this hotel but top 3 things that are outstanding are: 1. Staff 2. Food 3 Facilities Staff are absolutely fabulous and it was really good to see some of the same people doing an equally fantastic job - Kiki, Florin, Mariana, Maria, Diana, Tetiana, just the best consistent customer service levels. Food is outstanding in the buffet but in another level in the 3 a La carte restaurants - our favourite was Immenso. This place was only built in 2019 so everything is still pristine, beautiful. We were lucky enough to receive a surprise upgrade which was fabulous! For what you get for the price this is well worth it. Exclusivity & quality all round. Thank you Amavi we will be back (again!)

This is an exceptional place for a relaxing luxurious vacation. Outstanding service in every possible way. All staff friendly, helpful and smiling. Everyone asks you if everything is ok, or if you need anything. All staff from the restaurant to the cleaning staff wish you a nice day. On arrival, we missed dinner as we got in around 11pm. The Amavi team had placed sandwiches in our room in case we were hungry and gave us a lunch voucher instead of the dinner we missed, which was very considerate. We were on the half board basis. Breakfast was incredible, choice of almost anything you could want, freshly prepared eggs to order, massive buffet all fresh and nicely presented. Dinner can be taken in the main buffet restaurant which has a very broad choice of salads, main courses and desserts, or at the a la carte restaurants for a more special dining experience instead of the buffet, all included in the price of half board. We tried two restaurants - Nocturne (fine dining 7 course meal) and Fortolana (Cyprus dishes, open air) - both were incredible and offered a range of dishes and tastes and a selection of wines included in the package. Our room was the Superior Cabana with a Private Pool which was fantastic. Aside from the pool, the room was beautiful, exactly as in all the pictures. All new and clean, comfortable bed, amazing bathroom and all amenities including kettle, coffee maker, bathrobes, bottled water replenished daily free of charge ironing board, safe etc. The rooms are serviced in the morning and in the evening with the bed turned down and a chocolate. OVERALL: Totally worth the investment for a luxury experience. For us, it was a truly memorable vacation in a perfect hotel.

Everything was perfect.

An amazing Hotel and they thought of everything you need. Also the frist impression when you enter the room is so thoughtful and surprising (no spoilers here :D). There are so many lovely details and a nice smell all around. The view from the balcony is breath taking, especially at sunset but even when it's raining. The food is exceptional and the massages are relaxing. But the best thing is the service staff, the people here. Everybody is so kind and friendly, a big thank you to Eleni and Shadi! I stayed there alone for some extra Me-Time and even though it's a couple hotel, I enjoyed myself here at the fullest. But be aware that the clear focus is on couples! You will always have a good talk with other guests or the staff, if you want to. But you also have the opportunity to be with yourself, calm down and just enjoy life :)

I expected a free airport shuttle service at a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately they didn't offer that, they recommended only a taxi for over 100€ from there to Larnaca Airport. I know many guests came here via rental car and maybe there is no much need for offer such service, but at least I've hoped for some support or offering alternatives besides saying that there is a taxi.

Staff is very friendly and will assist with everything! Food is of high quality and tastes great! You can enjoy some great sunsets during your stay and there are a lot of beautiful spots for photographs! Immenso roof restaurant is a must to visit and have dinner. There is also an every day schedule with events from the morning until late at night for example pilates and yoga training, latin nights etc. Very quite place with a beautiful atmosphere, an ideal place to relax.

We had a room upgrade which was great as we were given a room with a private swimming pool! Unfortunately the new room had a weird smell like there was a problem with plumbing. To be honest we didn’t mention it as it wasn’t too intense and we didn’t want to change room again. It would be great if the rooms had candles or some other sort of air refreshener so that they would smell better. In my opinion a bit overpriced for the whole experience.

The service is at a very high level, I have something to compare with :) Cleanliness, comfort, restaurants, bars and a buffet, a swimming pool, hotel territory, location (the beach is right opposite and the promenade too) - everything is great, the staff works really good, all issues are resolved very quickly, special thanks to Maria on reception! Rooms are cleaned several times a day, the whole team of the hotel is well done, excellent cuisine in Nocturne and Immenso. We absolutely satisfied with our holidays! Here really care about your well being.

Plastic water bottles. Suggest guests are given a metal water bottle on arrival with various filling points placed around the hotel. Other suggestion is to put glass bottles of filtered water in the rooms. We frequently had 6 small plastic bottles between us every day. We didn’t go to the gym although we wanted to. We didn’t like the fact you had to book in the day before. When we are on holiday we like to use the exercise facilities when we are ready to do so, not at a specific prearranged time.

This hotel is exceptional. It is stunningly located in a beautiful position in Paphos. The hotel is well run, clean and beautifully presented. The pools are great and loved the beach chairs which are yours throughout your stay. The swim up bar was lovely and a huge shout out to Robert who made excellent drinks. The complimentary water throughout your stay is much appreciated. Breakfast is superb and want to mention Tetiana who always greeted us with a smile and was lovely. Would not hesitate to stay again and cannot wait to return.
