After reading some of the reviews we were a bit afraid, but we had a great stay with our 3 kids. We stayed for a week and booked the all-inclusive deal. The deal includes 3 meals and free drinks, snacks and basic popsicles near the pool area, drinks in the bar, and some drinks in the room's refrigerator. The meals were fantastic. Breakfast is the same every day but offers enough variety to explore. Lunch and dinner change from day to day. The dinner is served in 3 different locations during the week - every day another is working. All of them had great food. We ate so many desserts that we all gained some weight... The kids' pool is great for toddlers, and the main pool is good for adults. Once a day there is a unique activity - like yoga or archery. We liked these classes very much. The jacuzzi and sauna area is small but sufficient. The rooms were very nice. We had interconnecting rooms on the second floor. The rooms were cleaned daily. The towels were changed daily and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel's staff is very friendly - through the booking online, the staff on the hotel, and in the various restaurants of the hotel.

For older kids - 7 through 11, the main pool is too deep (1.4 meters throughout the pool). The sea is less attractive since there are a lot of rocks and weeds that make entering the sea a bit problematic. However - we traveled along the shores and didn't find any other nice beach, so you can't blame the hotel for that. The kid's club is small and doesn't offer much. We didn't have an ocean view so there was some noise from the road. When the balcony doors are closed it's less loud.

the crew doing is best and more than that to give the most effective service. you can see cleaning everywhere and all day. the dining room has plenty options for kids during breakfast. reception team are willing to help and assist for every issue. bus station is 100m away from the entrance and the waterpark is 5 min driving. the NEKTAR bar is very nice for drinking and football watching. for casino lovers, you can find the CYPRUS CASINO just 200m away

water pressure in shower is low. land view rooms are noisy so i had to use ear plug during night. people with wet swimming suite crossing the dining room to the pool which can make you slip on wet floor

Staff was really very friendly. Breakfast was good - a lot to choose from. Room was big and clean. Pool was very nice. Loved the area around the pool and sunbeds.

Pillows were too flat for my liking.

inner pool need more frequent maintenance! a specially floor and the walls of the pool. the water wasn’t warm enough. Spa center should offer simple drinks and water to the waiting customers, play some atmosphere music at the spa hall. Offer bathrobes to the customers and slips. simple things make difference.

Great location on the beachfront, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere most of the time, plenty of sunbeds to go round, lovely pool, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff particularly at the beach bar, ample choice for breakfast (we were on the bed and breakfast option), reasonable walking distance to Kato Pafos harbour area along a safe and well maintained footpath.

Despite this being a family oriented hotel, one group of adult guests occasionally got a bit rowdy after having a few drinks in the garden area. A number of guests, including us, felt it necessary to move out of earshot of their noise and bad language. We appreciate this was out of the hotel's control.

We had the all inclusive option. Everything was great except on monday the dinner was seem to be leftovers frome everything else. From Friday-Sunday it was in a great restaurant with a lot of food variaty, but on Monday it was not good.

Most wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough for you, they all went above and beyond. Immensely clean throughout the entire hotel. Generous sized room and good breakfast choices. The pool area is beautiful and is right on the beach. Would highly recommend getting a sea view room. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff made the holiday for us.

The air con in our room didn’t work, it is winter for the locals so they had the central heating on but for us English 18 degrees is summer so it was hot through the night and we asked for it to be fixed twice but it wasn’t. The walls in the rooms are thin so if you have noisy neighbours (which we did the first night) then it could be an issues. The water in the shower kept suddenly going extremely hot for no reason when showering so be careful for children using it. The harbour where most the restaurants and bars are is about a 45-60 minute walk or €8-10 taxi so a little far.
